Downloaded an update and can't access my account. Does not recognize my email. Have had no issues until this recent update. 07/07/23-New update was downloaded and problem solved. Thanks to everyone at Onstar for all their help greatly appreciate the personalized customer service.

It's good when it works, but now, when I try to log in with my email address, which is a Yahoo address that has been working up until now, the app says it's an invalid address. The account is in my name, and I can't get into it all of a sudden. Help!

I have an OnStar Account and contacted OnStar and switched to the Guardian app. I can't even get past the email because it's saying I need a valid email. This is the same email I use for OnStar so at the moment the whole app is useless.

App shows error code (500) when I try to join as a family member by using the code emailed to me. Called customer support and issue needed to be elevated with a 3-5 business day callback. Unacceptable and not a great way to keep customers.

Holy I put this app on my phone and it completely ruined my phone performance. It take forever for anything to load. The permissions thing is a little bit much. Plus it kills phone battery so fast. Idk not a fan.
