I only give it a 4 because it is often difficult to find what I need in the app, and getting in touch with a real person for customer service is next to impossible. And the virtual assistant needs to be virtually fired. The assistants responses are not even near the topic of the question I typed. It has been of no help whatsoever except helping to waste my time.

It would be nice if I was able to select my preferred credit card for payment. Since this isn't an option that I can find anywhere on your app. I have cancelled 2 orders after double checking the payment method. I'm assuming I need to delete all but the preferred credit card in order for the one I want to use to work. Plus, you offered me a $20.00 reward credit which is great. But with that it doesn't specify that I received it upon placing my order. That is not a convenient method, IMO.

I have called you guys multiple times, only to get stuck in hold and never picked up on again. I have messaged in app, only for them to never be responded to. I have been very patient! It's not that hard to give someone their money back on a product they never received! Me and my friend have had a hell of a time sending and receiving money because it wants to send it as a purchase! Please just use cashapp, they don't want all your info and it's much faster and easier.

I can't copy the link in your reply - Play store prevents copying from there. I sent an email, but now I am supposed to call. I don't have time or privacy to call in. It shouldn't be this difficult! Also the cookie message now covers the screen so I can't enter code. I accepted cookies but message still there. Before that, when I logged in & input code, the app just disappeared - poof it's gone! I have tried doing all the updates, and uninstall/reinstall but it keeps doing the same thing.

Well this seemed like a convenient app that was safe and easy to use. Not if you have a small business! I signed up for a business account for my sole proprietorship and went to bed last night. Woke up to emails stating the account violated terms of service(it has no transactions and I don't see any requests for information) and that it's permanently disabled. Oh but don't worry! You can't close it either. And if you need help you have to call them. No email or chat available.
