This game needs a warning; plan on spending a good amount of money if planning on progressing at a decent pace. It seems there is always someone watching for my sheild to drop and attack before I g can login and replace it. I have played for years and can only play in small moments each day. I'm amount ready to delete it and find something less stressful.

I was excited to download this game considering the theme. It is a well built game; however, it was typical. Building upgrades, increase in power, dialogue, it's all been done. The game lacked the creative elements I hoped it would have. I guess you could say, I was a bit disappointed. I'm not saying the game is terrible but there are just so many games in this style (Like Grand mafia, ant legion, LOTR, and evony) it's getting old. I don't want to change the concept but be unique for a change.

The game itself is great but in order to be competitive, expect to pay a LOT. Otherwise, those that do will raid you as soon as your shield drops and set you back to nothing. If you don't mind starting over every time you're raided, then it's not as bad. The game relies heavily on micro transactions and VIP subscriptions to stay competitive.

It is a great game, but its so annoying. You need to farm, train and so on, like many other games before but the only difference is anyone can attack you at any time regardless of distance. You need a shield and the common one lasts 8 hours, and itd all around annoying , the concept is great, the execution is not.

Love this game! So much to do can be a bit overwhelming at first, but is easy to learn and great even without spending real money. I never seem to get bored. Worth checking out if you even think you might be interested. Game gets a little glitchy at times but overall runs great and is a lot of fun. You don't have to battle other players to advance which I like! But one word of advice, SHIELD!!! Update 11-02-2018 dropped 1 star due to game glitches and instability errors. The apology and bonus rewards were nice but the issues still persist. Love the game but near fed up with constant reloads due to game freezing and/or kicking me out then not letting me back in so shield drops and I get attacked. Nothing I can do to stop it.

Graphics are beautiful/realistic. Not sure if that is the problem, but I have never been able to play for more than approximately 10 minutes at a time because it shuts right down. Inconvenient when you are in mid-attack or something and lose pirate resources. There are times when I can't even stay logged in 2-5 minutes & it boots out for some reason. I've sent feedback multiple times with no result/response. Going on since installation a few months ago. The game stays interesting, but gets harder to level up the higher you are. Also, if you belong to an alliance who depends on you, it can be time consuming if you are the kind of person who feels you need to be there for them. Not a biggie if you stay solo, but you also don't get as many resources, it is slower to level up, and you get attacked much more often. pros/cons.

So far, I love this game! only been playing a few weeks,but it is complex, challenging, entertaining, and fun. it is a sizable file, but the graphics are great, the storyline is cool, and it definitely keeps you busy between quests, alliances, monsters, and war. very fun game and you don't have to make purchases to enjoy it fully. *Edit: The update size was ridiculous! & Use Shields, guys complaining of atk, and you won't lose all your stuff.

Good while it lasted! I was so excited because I love this franchise! I was having so much fun until I got to about level 20. Now I have to spend every spare second making sure a shield is up to protect me from other players (the shields keep you from doing some of the objectives). If I miss the window by even ten minutes I'm attacked and essentially have to START ALL OVER, which I've done three times already. Too tedious for someone who has a job and activities IRL and not worth it!

Pay to win. If you don't, you'll get pounded by players sometimes ten levels above you and you'll have to buy gold with real money to restore ships that were sunk because the gold needed to restore them is exorbitant. Used to really enjoy this game, but it's all about who can pay the most. Very disappointed with the experience having played it for almost a year.
