The app is easy to use and organized well. I frequently have issues with my mobile orders and using points. These issues involve the store saying my payment was incomplete, my order couldn't be completed due to menu items being out of stock, and the app sometimes offers promotions that are unavailable at that location.

I put the app on my phone several times and it won't work. They want you to login and then won't except the code that is sent to yours email. Very aggravating. The chicken on the app can be cheaper, but you can't use the app. I'm going to stop patronizing this istablisment.

The app does not support what each restaurant actually has. Multiple times at different stores, I've had the issue of the restaurant not being able to accommodate my mobile order. The app should have the option to use a code in store instead of requiring ordering through the app. This app is behind on technology

Worst app ever couldn't get the free offer to work, went in to the Popeyes had the manager show me, he couldn't figure it out, so placed my order n just gave me a a free sandwich, and still got my order wrong. What a waste of time.
