I just downloaded this app and gave it a trial but app is blank when I open it. Although using the portal on Google Chrome I sounded the alarm and it worked. Send a message also worked but Lock Device didn't.
I had prey on my pc and it worked perfectly but it doesn't seem to work on my cellphone. When I installed the app my task manager stopped working, and I couldn't close the background apps. Today the app asked for the pin code every single time, but I couldn't type it. I checked the touchpad and the settings buttons, and they were working just fine. At the end I had to force the restart and uninstall the app.
