Show a bunch of ads of your services - at any time, show useless statistics - you're welcome, show balance of cards - do you really need this, our dear user??! After the latest app update there are no card accounts on the main app screen - and no way to turn it back on - I can't perform any operation with cards. Such a brilliant update, thank you!

Bugs in the App. Doesn’t work properly. Informed the customer service. Still no response. Here is the details. I wanted to exchange my dollars. So when I want to exchange in the app it shows that I have 0 dollar? The customer service told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did it. I gave them the screenshots . They told me that they will solve it. But still no result.

Really well made app, performance is good even on lower spec hardware and tons of functionality. Security seems good too. Note that I don't use many features so if any fault in those I don't know it yet.

It has lots of rubbish, like games, music, etc... But it lacks really useful services related to money. I can't even find ones I used before.

Weird intrusive permissions, built-in "antivirus" without opt-out function, has tendency to auto-run even after "forced stop" was executed, way to heavy, doesn't support landscape, UI is garbage designed by a committee of incompetent donkeys - just fraction of the issues I have with this. Pretty sure I'm going to change banks because how horrid this app is. If you can - you should avoid it. Browser version is somehow worse, but at least it contained in browser and not doing god knows what.

please try to keep the language also in English because many of the medical students, international students and foreigners are using this bank all over please keep the language also in English.

The app don't work without the phone permission, other bank app don't do it. I don't want give an access to my phone permission, but I wanna use and control my bank data.

The Application is really great on its own but One small thing thay Causes big- inconvenience to us as Foreigners is that we don't have an option to switch to English!

The web version of Sberbank Online should have all the functionality. SBP, for instance. So as not to force people to install the mobile app if they don't want to.
