It is really dumb that they require you to buy $25 worth in items to get your birthday "freebie." That is not worth it, I just won't be getting it because there is not a Sephora in my area and the freebie items aren't even that great anyhow. This store is full of overpriced makeup for no real reason quality wise.

Your customer service who talks on it takes her too long to get an answer and I still haven't got the answer for the eyelashes I needed a mascara that had volume make my I have what you call hooded eyes sink back into my head is there any such thing that can make them look longer Fuller and thicker

If you have any issues, the staff are AMAZING and very keen to resolve whatever your problem may be, even if it means shipping you an entirely new duplicate order, at zero cost to you.. plus replenishing points that were lost. They are available and helpful and very friendly, awesome experiences with this app!

First time using the app and it's awful! I had a gift card given to me I wanted to use but when entering your address you can't enter American addresses yet you have stores in America.....make it make sense! You can't enter a state because its says province! Not state! Why have the app like this? Do you not want sales from americans?? Might have to give it away as i cant order online liked i wanted ! It's extremely irritating!!!!!

Used to have a 5 star rating but, as always, sites have failed to keep up whatever level of servlce they 1st had. Too bad I did enjoy this app.

This app rarely functions properly, logs you put all the time and is generally just bad to use. Stick to Ulta's app unless there's a brand you're FORCED to get here. Ulta will probably end up carrying it in a few years anyways 😂
