A very convenient method to track your packages & keep a record of them. The two main gripes I have in order of severity are as follows: 1. The app seems unstable when you are in an area of iffy cellular coverage. Not just in areas of terrible service, but in areas of "not great" service coverage. I'll constantly get errors and have to reload the app. 2. The Amazon linking doesn't seem to update regularly enough to be more useful than just tracking through Amazon.

Update 2: just when you think it can't get worse now I'm getting ad notifications and they don't set multiple channels so you can't turn them off without turning all notifications off. Might have to uninstall. Update: still waiting to be able to set All Orders as the default screen again. Was great until the update that changed the home page. So much cluttered from "brands" I've never heard of or don't care about. No I don't want to "connect with shops". That's not why I installed this app

Easy to use and does exactly what it promises. I also like that it lets you track the package's journey on a map in addition to telling you its exact location. Way more convenient then constantly refreshing a web page to see if the package moved, and you can glance at all your packages and know where they are. Never had any glitches or errors. Definitely recommend.

App still tracks orders in the same manner as before but it's now tucked away in a separate submenu instead of being the first thing you see when you open it. It seems it's original functionality has been put on the back-burner in exchange for becoming a generic online shopping tool. New main page and basically all additional tabs are almost exclusively for showing ads for various shops and brands. Still useful for its original purpose, but now considerably more annoying.

This app is excellent for both paying for and tracking your shipments from a multitude of online stores. It can even track shipments that aren't purchases. Shop works with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone that makes purchases from multiple online stores. A sidenote, it doesn't work with Amazon as far as I'm aware, unless you get email alerts from Amazon.

I LOVED this app, it provides a lot of convenience and easy order management. However, the shopping and order tracking needs to be separated-- I open this app to track orders, not to be bombarded with random ads for products I'll never use. At this point it seems like the order tracking is an afterthought, when that's the reason most people download this app in the first place. Very disappointed.

This used to be a really great app, great for consolidating all you online shopping tracking. Now it sucks, honestly. In the effort to make money from vendors, all that stuff is up front, you have to work to get to you orders, then depending on the vendor you have more trouble getting info you need. If you are considering being a competitor, now is the optimal time. I'll head your way. Evaluating ditching all together after years of happy use.

I like how it keeps everything connected, but now there's ads, and the tracking feature has been minimalized. It's hard to find and navigate the app without having products shoved down your throat, shops recommended, or suggesting buying straight from the app. It used to be so good.

Very clear, easy to understand & easy to use. It's AMAZING being able to just hop onto the App & just check on your order whenever you feel like it, instead of finding the email, maybe the tracking link works or it doesn't. Usually you have to copy & paste the tracking number & sometimes the website doesn't find it & then you're just frustrated. With 'Shop', it's not at all stressful, you can opt for texts & if you have multiple orders, they are all in one place! Seriously, I can't say enough.

HARD PASS! I installed the app after several purchases, as I thought it would be a way to streamline tracking packages; which would be great since I do a lot of online shopping. The interface is anything but user friendly, and you have to navigate a bombardment of ads to even get to the tracker. No complaints about the products, or the quality of said products, but the app itself is a FAIL. You spend more time dodging ads than anything else, and the shipping progress lags hard. Un-installed.
