I enjoy playing the game. I've been playing since launch with a year break in 2016 and I've spent a grand total of $5 on the game. Over the years there's been some rocky times, but overall I've enjoyed myself in the game. Unfortunately, the company developing it, Capital Games, has repeatedly made decisions that have lost my trust, attacking and bullying content creators, negotiating with cheaters, and a general lack of communication and compassion. So I can't give this game the rating I want.

Great game and very addictive. I have enjoyed this game for a long time. But after the last 3 updates, it does not want to run properly. It glitches and locks up up. I have had hope that the new updates would fix the issue but it has not. Very disappointing to have spent this much time and money into a game i cannot play. May have to unistall and reinstall the game. But the laat time i did this i lost my account. Oh, and you guys are going way oveeboard on the materials to level up characters.

This game can be fun, but it is severally off balance. There are times when the computer combos are impossible to beat and it really shows that it is a pay to play game. It's fun and I enjoy it from time to time but rating it I feel like the game is fun for a collection/unlock reason. The skills/rpg element is lost when a computer using the same combo as you procs 3 times more.

I think this is an amazing game. It has tons of characters, from pretty much every movie or series. But I've got 2 problems. The energy is a big one. I get limits like that, but it can get really, really frustrating waiting for hours to have enough to play 5 levels. Waiting 30 seconds for 1 point of energy sure, but minutes? And my other is how difficult it is to get levels. I can't even get into any real guilds because I'm not above lv 70. I can't get characters because I can't get guild coins.

I do love this game, but there is one main issue. Sometimes when I play battles manually, it'll freeze, which means I'll have to reopen the app and lose both the progress in the battle and the energy I used. Other than that and some pop-up offers, it's a great game. Edit: I found out why the issue is happening. Apparently if you run a video in the background, such as having it in a miniplayer on the side of the screen, the game freezes. So, you shouldn't have any videos in the background.

Wonderful graphics! Love the soundtracks! Just make it a bit more convenient to get cash items and stuff. Update: I had to switch phones and tried to move my game over but ended up losing everything. After nearly a year of work, it was really upsetting. UPDATE I switched phones and lost all of my data. Had to start all over again. Grrrr.

Azure Tiger

Aside from a bit of constant "Special Deal!" pop ups common to these types of games I'm really enjoying it. Set up so new players can level up quickly as well and get into the thick of things. You'll still have to grind for characters if you don't want to spend cash, but some of these starting packages seem cheaper than other games. Just be sure not to get carried away.

Used to be a great game, but now the greedy devs have made it completely pay-to-win, with "micro"transactions that are expensive with drop-in-the-bucket effect. What used to be very open and balanced (collect and focus on factions you like) has become very linear (collect specific characters needed to unlock the latest-and-greatest or fail in every game mode). If you've been playing for (many) years, it can still be entertaining. But I wouldn't start now. It would cost way too much to catch up.

Love the game but it doesn't work after updating so I can't get in to collect energy or do daily tasks. This is a repeated problem and is irritating. It usually takes them about a day to fix it which is a day of progress lost. The problem persists after multiple troubleshooting methods which include: clearing the cache and data, restarting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling. They also added a bajillion popups. -_- The game itself looks beautiful and is a lot of fun to play, though.

Useless support. Purchased two crystal packs. One for $19.99 and $4.99. It gives me an error, cancels the purchases and tells me I haven't been charged. When I clearly was and all they do is have a bot to tell you that you received it. Photos to prove I didn't. Even have the original google play card. Thiefs. Oh I forgot. If you get a refund through google play you lose access to the content. So a year and a half progress almost wasted if I hadnt noticed that. So they keep your money hostage.
