Easy to Use. I don't run anymore but I use it to track how much I walk. My only complaint is that for the last year, EVERY time I use the app it glitches and adds more track to my route. I've read all the tips to get it to stop and nothing works.

GPS is always jumpy, resulting in inaccurate speed and distance. No reboot/location permission reset/ disabling-battery-saver-solutions worked.

The app works great, the website is awful. I have been trying for 4 days to update my credit card and the site flips me to the same dead ends. There are suggested articles that get a satisfaction rating that is abysmal. I believe I will be forced to move to another app. So far no one from Strava has bothered to respond to my inquiries

Can't wait an hour to start running! Recently the app stopped working properly on galaxy watch 4. It takes ages to get a GPS location even though there's no problem with the watch's functionality. I'm forced to start running before strava gets the position and starts the tracking, resulting in lower distance and time in the activity report

Has helped my running tremendously. Just don't compare yourself to others ..... I changed my review to 1 star because of the price hike. 80$/ year with no recognizable improvements is ridiculous. If you have garmin, the paid version of this app is redundant. You can see more data from garmin
