Downloaded onto a new device and all progress was lost, couldn't even sync. I MADE A FEW PURCHASES AND ON A HIGH LEVEL OF 200OR MORE. TRIED EVERYTHING THEY SUGGESTED AND NOTHING, GONE BACK TO VERY BEGINNING. ALL MY PURCHASES AND LEVELS ARE LOST...NOT HAPPY

This is a BRILLIANT app! I think everyone shouldn't download it from the Play Store, they should get it from an app called 'Playmods' where they have many apps (including this one...) I am a user and I can prove to you that it will work and it'll change your life. Toodles! P.S. You can search up 'Playmods' on Google or Samsung Internet. It doesn't work on Apple devices, sadly.

This game is fantastic. I absolutely love it but it has too many adds and when we have styled a customer's dress, we have to wait 3 to 4 hours so they can wear it. You might have to fix these issues because there may be any future problems but overall this game is amazing

Having problems again for the Third time with going to the Collection section. It will not fully download to open the collection wardrobe section. Having problems with collection section and cannot access because of issues with the app freezing up to go the collection section again. Trying Not to cancel my subscription. Updated July 7th 2023!! Well this is the Third time after this , I will finally cancel the subscription!
