I have been using this app for years. Started off great now it's quite buggy. Windows version drops connection Android version will not connect at all. Customer service used to be very efficient but now take time to get back to you. Even after sending Surfeasy a comprehensive email about my connection problems with Android they still just say reinstall restart your device etc. The last time Surfeasy was updated was 2020 so lack of investment is showing. I cannot recommend this product.

I was going to Contact SurfEast Inc.after getting the contact info from this page but seeing how many problems that others have I'm thinking of just canceling my subscription. It doesn't seem that SurfEasy doesn't read these. This doesn't work properly on the Motorola One Action I have to actually use Android's split screen feature. To even activate it.

Originally Post in July 2020. I would say it's a lie for those rate this app 5 stars. Because about 90% of the VPN app does not even work. You can't connect you can't anything. The app just freezes. And it stays on a infinite loading of your current location. The VPN has no kill switch the Windows 10 version disconnects. I only still pay for this because it's dirt cheap. 28 countries and 1000 servers for only $2.16 USD a month. I decided to terminate the subscription because it never works.

Informed them that I didn't want to continue to use their product. Billed me $52 two weeks later. Sorted out after 1 week. The product I used for 1 year on 4 devices was solid and easy to use, no issue with the service or capabilities, just being billed 6 times as much this year as it cost for last. didn't sit well with me. Refused the renewal of my subscription and they billed me for it anyway.

Allow me to commend you for the following improvements since I rated you last year. 1- The app is not crashing anymore. 2 - No more data network connectivity glitches. The down side is It's still only compatible with Windows, iOS and Android mobile devices. Not compatible with Android Top Box and Firestick. I urge you to fix across the board compatibility issue, even if we have to pay extra for it. That is the only reason I am giving it four stars. Keep up the good work.

Over the past 2 months this app has been randomly turning itself on and activating the VPN for regions outside of mine. It begins to get annoying when i cant watch videos on my local streaming services because SurfEasy. Also it is impossible to turn off, it takes 3-4 attempts and forcing the app to close and it still mightnt disable itself. S - K - E - T -C - H - Y. I would never trust an app that can control my Internet connection, especially without prompt. Avoid at all costs

Pretty easy to use, they have two plans that you can pick, for the free one, it is possible to earn extra protected data, so not that bad. I currently have it connected to my phone and my laptop, and it's working pretty well on both.

Requires payments before you can access the app. I wish Google play store would check this sort of thing. If an app requires payment before access, it should be told up front, and you should see the price on the play store. May as well pay before downloading. This is a waste of my time.

I had nothing but issues with this installed. It constantly restarted and interfered with my phone and pc functioning properly. To top it off, the free trial runs out before you can fairly try it. Deleted the app. There are others that work better.

Just a simple VPN like TunnleBear for amateurs. Free version should also blocking ads so that customers can feel what is like to be on premium. The speed is a lot lower and higher ping compared to other VPNs such as Nord and Express. I only tried this since my Lenovo laptop recommend me. This is not super VPN since it won't block malware, and also cannot unlock Netflix, Prime Video, and so on. I will probably uninstall in the future.
