Don't see any problems with anything. Been using the app for 3 years almost and never had a problem.
No ability to choose which store the order comes from. No ability to see if the promotional products are available from the location you're ordering from until after you try to proceed to the payment step. App needs work on UI regarding adjusting quantities of items already in cart/bag.
Good for ordering food but no response to getting my money back or food I ordered
My cousin and I used it weeks ago and my friend just used it and it's the same problem. They took the order and our money but a delivery person never showed with the food. The restaurant made the food but we did delivery and they said we have to pick it up no matter hiw many times we explained we picked delivery. Everyone in the store and this is 2 different stores now seem to not know what's going on and the contact us page made me fill out info only for no one to follow up with us
Constantly have issues. Orders take forever to process or error out
The app will not accept any points from receipts either by scanning or entering manually. I have had the last 5 or so purchases go without getting my points. Taco Bell itself is telling me this is a third party app issue (aka not their problem).
Updates messed up my account. Can no longer reset password. Can't even complete order to get past checkout screen. Horrible app. Gets worse with each update. Gift card balance went to zero even after order was canceled.
The latest version of this app is 78 MB. Their competitors' apps are infinitely better (more complex menus with more customization options) and many are checking in under 10 MB. Y'all are doing something wrong.
Can't reset password since no longer doing Facebook support
everytime I try to order through the app it always has an error when I use a card. it only works with gift cards for some reason.
