Teen Time - Parental Control

I've been subscribed to this app for more than 18 months. So far it is working well until it crashed on last week and I just can't launch the app at all. Two days ago, this app has a new update and it just recovered by itself after the update. I hope Teen Time will look into it as nobody respose to my email before this. Thank you.

App concept is great. Unfortunately seems quite glitchy. Inconsistencies between child and parent app ie parent app says time all used and child still able to use. Sending a message to child device freezes and locks the child device only fix is to restart the device which results in the app not working to limit screen time. I would consider continuing to use this as a free app despite the inconsistency (when it works it is great). HOWEVER I would not pay almost $50/year for it.

Mostly good but now I get constant warnings that the app can no longer track GPS on one of the devices, although GPS is on on both.

I'm STILL having a hard time setting up this application. After installing the app on my child's phone, I had difficulty in getting it to work. I ended up uninstalling the parental app on my phone and reinstalled it, hoping it'll work. However, I completely lost control of the child's app. With the help of customer service, I managed to reinstall the parental app, but still can't connect to or delete the kids app. Help Please.

Had a hard time getting my sons phone to update properly. It wouldn't sync and therefore wasn't keeping track of time used. I emailed customer support and they gave me the standard answer that was in their help section. So, no help at all. I finally figured it all out only to realize there is no free version of this app. After the trial you have to pay. What a freaking waste of time. They didn't say it was a trial when I downloaded the stupid thing, and half the time I had it, it didn't work.

The app doesn't work. Doesn't track app usage, set for 2 hours, and shows 2 hours remaining. The phone never locks or anything even when the two hours are reached. Contacted support and no one has reached out. Don't install this app. Edit: I updated my review. It is no longer 1 star. Upsetting to three stars due to excellent customer service.

Not reliable. I have blocks on applications, and still see my son using them. There are supposed to be time limits on as well and they work only half the time. It is good for alarms though. I have reminders set and that is the most reliable feature.

First of all the geofencing notifications are useless, they only notify in the app. Secondly I blocked some games and within days they have unlocked on my childs phone even though the app still says they are blocked! And lastly the volume changing setting doesn't work at all! Complete waste of time! I'm going back to using the Google one!

Had to uninstall - was working well and as advertised, so maybe it will work just fine for you... IF you only have one Google account on your phone. Me, I have 4 so that I can keep track of the whole family's Google calendars. The app just automatically decided which Google account to use, and it chose my younger son's. No matter what I did, I couldn't make it choose my Google ID. There are no settings or anything that let you choose. Uninstalling it from my son's phone was almost impossible.

Uninstalled! Does not keep accurate track of usage. Just checked to see how much time my daughter had left and it said she hadn't used anytime. But when I went in and checked usage she had been on youtube for 75 minutes. This is not the first time it has happened. Has happened quite often. Very disappointed!!
