The app is not registering my subscription. I am unable to do the puzzles that I have payed for. Or log into my account. This is very frustrating nyt should be able to manage this better.

I came to the app to escape the news, and yet I get triggered by crosswords. nytimes is showing their russophilia once again. What is up with NY times and their excessive love for russian culture and language? Can you pick up any other language to loan words from for your crosswords? Show some diversity? I grew up speaking r. as my first language and I would give so much to burn it out of my conciousness, but americans just loooove matryoshkas vodka bears and tolstoi.

Wound up with two concurrent subscriptions and got charged more than 75 dollars they refused to refund. Beware.

Games are great, but the app regularly logs me out of my account, and when I try to restore my purchase, it either flashes open and immediately closes, or leads me to a page to subscribe, which I already have.

Won't lot me in. I've paid for access via subscription and for extra puzzles and I can't play them. Contacted support. Their answer was not to use the app but use a browser. What! Update: I have contacted. Told me to use the web instead.
