Played it once and made it to the end. I'm iffy here. I would be upset had I paid full price, but I caught it on sale. I want to give it credit though. It's a good idea, executed well, and it successfully gets deep. Things get repetitive at times and if you set yourself up, then scavaging isn't really a needed and you just Anne Frank it. I feel like the strategy for success will be constant over games and I'm not sure if I'll replay it. But I could see how others might love it. But this price...

Despite amazing graphics, concept, and gameplay, I cannot rate the game above 3 stars because the developers refuse to fix their game-breaking save feature. This makes it impossible to save your actual progress and makes cheating not just optional but unavoidable every single time you close the game. It makes playing the game more than once a truely onerous experience.

Great game except for characters freezing and not moving even though they are not broken or depressed. Also, I accidently skipped the ending, yet there is no way to go back and see your synopsis which is garbage. Sorry but all that work and I can't review it after a mistake of clicking the screen? No warning? Happy to fix review if this issue can be approached.

I came to visit the game, but it's been a horrible experience. The game has been crashing many times during Scavenging. It was not a problem before but after this update, whenever I try to sneak or stealth kill. It freezes and sends me back to the main menu. I visited the same place multiple times and tried visiting a different location. Same thing happens. At first I thought the app just didn't work on my tablet. But then I switched to my phone and it still crashed after making it to day 11.

This app is fantastic! I love the different scenarios, I love how the set up, the graphics, the storylines of each character. It truly is a thorough and well thought out approach to a game like this. I do wish we could send more than one person to scavenge but really that is my only complaint. I even downloaded the Stories version of this game, SUPERB! It'd be cool if there were a survival/story mode feature, perhaps a little longer than the father/daughter story?

Can be a fun experience if you can progress through the game. Far too often it feels like Groundhogs' day reliving the same day over and over because the game crashes so often. Some areas in particular can't even be looted because of crashing issues. Overall game play is enjoyable but technical issues make it frustrating.

I've played it before, but it seems the devs just gave the hell up on the mobile version. It shows me the devs and Earnest Hemingway's quote, then flips to a black screen with orchestral music. The screen doesn't change and I've tapped every part of the screen hoping if I touch a menu option it'll do something. I'm uninstalling and until this is resolved, I can't honestly recommend anyone else try this game, which is sad. The stories are really good and the game itself WAS fun.

This is a really great game that has the potential to be an outstanding one.. I've lasted for 29 days (what a challenge). The biggest issue is the mental challenge of the characters, it seems that they would rather die then to kill others....it's almost like they are pacifists or something. It's all about survival, is it not? Anyway, excellent concept, excellent storyline, and over all an excellent game. I look forward to future add-ons

Fun game, very difficult! While I appreciate how difficult it is, it is sometimes too difficult. Only being able to send one person to scavenge, while holding weapons and such, then having to try to get supplies. It sometimes feels like there's no winning. If there was a way to use supplies to expand someone's inventory (making a wagon, extra backpack, etc), it would be great. I've played multiple rounds now where people get so depressed they can't move, so then they can't go out and they starve

Love the game. Have played it on PC and Xbox. Was looking forward to trying it out on Android, but it does not work for me on my S20. Get an "app crashed" popup, hit close app, then it finally boots, but I get stuck on the menu with music and that's it. Can't click anything or do anything. Odd to include this in Play Pass when it doesn't actually work. Would love to see this get updated and working properly.
