First experience was good. By the next 2 were terrible. The scooter would at random times just stop and begin beeping. It says it out of zone for drop off, but I didnt finish the ride and didn't stop it in anyway. It begins to beep and that's it. Forcing me to just push it against it's breaks.

Stealing money . Paid in one ride more than should be 4 times or more And customer service not answering at all.

Very awful service. I was riding to the post office and left scooter idle for 10 minutes. It switched off and I couldn't switch it on back. "Switch on" button in the app just did nothing. I was trying to reach support with no success. Urent app rapidly sucked my battery (15% for 1 minute) and my phone switched off as well. I had to drag scooter with locked wheels ~1.5km to the nearest parking. And of course Urent charged me for all that time I was dragging the scooter.

Very bad. When powered down still counts your time and charges you for not using the scooter. Blocks the wheel so you can't quickly return it to parking. Just getting a taxi would be faster and cheaper. Useless. Oh and yes, customer support is not available while your money is ticking. Good job.

Very expensive ride, even taxi is cheaper. Price per minute can change every day. Today this app just took 300 rubles in the beginning of ride and I don't know what it was and for what it was taken, even if it is deposit they didn't return me money (app said that my ride cost ~105 rubles). I am just waiting my money back because their support in telegram don't answer me. Edited: Week passed. They didn't return me money.
