Too long to just play and build. Plus it really bad because I get on about 4 times a day, between though I get hit, not once but 7 times! Who's castle can withstand being hit 7 times! Should be hit once, your castle goes into a shielding for a bit. Sure, you have peace shields for $$$$ and last not that long. Bad concept that I have seen the same play before, executed better too.

I intially downloaded this game to get to the gameplay showed in the Ad. After three plus weeks I never experienced it, even after exhausting other goals in the game. Other aspects were enjoyable. The graphics and interface are wonderfully designed however, it did frustrate me to discover that simple mechanics like upgrading buildings were locked behind a paywall. You could advanced this with in game currency (gems) but they were hard to come by in the numbers needed. I gave up.

Not like the advertisement. Haven't seen the type of castle defense as advertised, but I'm only a few hours in. Still an enjoyable game. Rev: after a few days of playing, lost interest. You have to continuously spend money on the game to move forward at a rate faster than CRIPPLED TURTLE! Can't stand the thought of spending money on a game that has no real ending.

Game isn't like the ad, I wanted a barebones start up like depicted. So you can learn the dynamics and feel accomplished by what you created, but it starts you out with this glorious castle and all kinds of cluttered stuff. I just really wanted a more advanced/realistic animation style version of clash or AOE where you start with nothing and have to build an empire from scratch. This is not that game, may be great for some, but not for me.

Feels like a thousand other games. Let it be known that I only played for 30 minutes, but the entire time was spent point, click, and upgrading over and over. This was only interrupted with brief periods sending out my army to gather or battle, then right back to point, click, upgrade. The biggest disappointment for me was seeing an ad for this game on YouTube and what looked like the ability to arrange the entire look of your city. However, when I played the game, the city was already laid out and there were predetermined plots to plop down the typical city buildings I've seen on a thousand other games. Even so, there are obviously still a lot of people that get enjoyment from this game, so I wish y'all the best.

Have been playing for years, still enjoy it and play daily. But lately it seems to be straying from it's core with a bunch of cutesy mini games. The lag has been terrible. Although I like how battle frenzy replaced kill event. Regarding all the comments about having to spend money to play, like all games it helps but it's not necessary. And please fix the binding issues so it doesn't happen in the future!

My biggest complaint is the notifications stop working about 2 weeks after install. I have to reinstall repeatedly. I know this is not an isolated problem and my phone is new with plenty of storage. My second issue is that customer service sucks. But it's a really fun game and I'm addicted. I like it better than final fantasy and the price point is much better as well.

It's a decent game but trying to learn and figure things out can take a while. The thing I really hate about this game is that the higher level castles will pick on lower level castles. Castles should only fight equal to or up leveled castles. It's too easy to get beat up on by stronger alliances which is quick to lose interest and quit. It takes alot of time and resources to build up only to get destroyed quickly. The kill events are also too long if that's going to happen. BE AWARE IS ALL

still learning the game, some improvements can be made. switching from city to world view could be made easier, the back button to back out of menus could be streamlined instead of wanting me to close the game, and i would like to see the use of camps to be introduced, instead of long marches or teleporting all the time. this last one effects the gamw design however and is just personal preference.

If you're looking for a game that gives you virtually everything during the tutorial, and then everything else takes ages, this is the game for you. Otherwise, of you actually like playing the games you download, you should look elsewhere. I spent the first fifteen minutes doing free instant upgrades, and then the next hour doing the next basic upgrades.
