So for the very first time I downloaded the app, registered and 500 rubles were deducted. Then I hopped on the scooter, ride to my home and when I parked, the app asks me to pay again saying "attention you still need to pay for your last ride". So then I contacted support and told them not only were my funds deducted, they actually deducted 2x the amount of the ride and guess what the support says? "we are sorry, we do not know when the refund/issue will be fixed, please write to us tomorrow".

Loads very long(looking for scooters nearby), parking areas load for too long, incorrect gps tracking so sometimes I cant finish the ride even though standing on a parking, sometimes you cant start a ride cause it says you try to take someone else's scooter though it's you who booked it

The app just won't start. Tried to restart the phone, reinstall the app, nothing helps. And I really wanted to try your service:)

So far enjoying it after buying a weeks pass and no technical problems. Just dont understand why 500 is reserved everytime for a ride.

Rented an electro scooter twice, but couldn't take it because the lock was still closed. They withdrew the money from my bank account twice. If you want to stop the rent, sometimes you can't do that, the application forbid you to do it, you can text the support and they ask you to park on another park lot... so you lose you time. Awful application. I do not advise it because of my bad experience

Very incorrect location with GPS off (power saving mode). Other apps show much more accurate location. Was able to park from a second attempt, despite being exactly on a parking spot. Please increase parking range a few meters to allow for slight location errors. App encounters errors and show welcome screen every time, please fix.
