Overall the app is great. Since last update though I'm having issues with incoming calls not showing up. And having difficulties answering the calls that do. My phone rings that there is a call, but there is no option for me to answer the call once the "incoming call" screen fades out. After conversation, the call doesn't even show up in the app. Fix please!!! Missing tons of calls here!

This used to be great app&free. Now it's inconsistent, except In glitches. With as many other similar apps now as compared to when this first came out. You would think UI would have changed or been upgraded. Having to get each person to download to be able to message seems a hassle. Would be great if more personality or individuality went into updates. Giving the user more freedoms hassle free, would lead to greater usage & more users. Just a thought. No I won't email for solution. Thank you

Failed before I even got to use it. Couldn't even get registered to join. The sign up screen would never enable the create account button, and there are no instructions to help identify what was wrong and why it wouldn't allow me to register; so, I just gave up, because if the sign up process is that messed up, imagine how bad the rest of the app is.

Very secure and discreet. Based on username, not phone number. The only issue I have is that sometimes, I would try to send a message, and it would automatically have an "unsent" error. And I can't resend it, no matter how many times I try. It'd be nice to know what that means. The FAQ didn't really help. I don't always get notified of new messages. Also, it's very niche, so consider the implications of that.

From what I've experienced with this app, I feel that this is the best app available for end to end encrypted communications. I used to use Signal (Sorry Wickr, I'm not trying to promote a possible competitor) but due to an increased need for security, I turned to Wickr and it is by far, superior to all other apps I have previously used. I love the fact that is free and ad free. That is extremely hard to find in free apps. You've created a smooth and user friendly app and highly effective.

The all has been amazing but now that they've seperated the rooms from private chats to two different tabs I can't share pics from other apps to wickr. Used to I could share Google images and images from other apps but now it gives me an error message everytime and it's making me beyond frustrated to the point I want to delete the app and go to a different platform because I can't share images with my friends. I wish someone could fix that. Other than that the app has always been good!

Seems like a very good app, but I'm rating 3 star only as the message countdown timer should only be activated after the person reads the message, otherwise they never get it!!! Maybe 6 days if enough time for anybody to read a message, and the countdown could continue as normal in this area, but in the minutes, and seconds area of the countdown timer, it should only start it's count after the message has been opened to read or expire after a 24-48 hour period.🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks for responding. 👍🏼

BY FAR THE MOST PRIVATE MESSAGING APP! However, encountered one problem which is that the app refuses to run in the background on MIUI 12.5. It will run for a short while but even though all the management settings are deactivated within MIUI the app still gets killed and results in missed calls and messages. If that problem was fixed then there's no reason for me to not use this app as a replacement for my other more well known apps. Privacy is key here and this app is singing MY tune!
