Hi... Love the app.. But the latest update removed the option to select separately my old downloaded songs and songs downloaded for offline use via wynk music app... pls revert it to the previous fashion.. Currently all songs are mixed up.. It is hard to filter out the songs..

I am a premium account holder of Wynk music app. And after selecting a caller tune, the callers are hearing "to get free caller tunes, download Wynk music app" before the song. I don't want this publicity and so I raised this issue in app customer care but there is no response from them. Doing there own publicity even if we don't like it and don't want it.

In the name of ads, the app starts random 2-3 minute videos which have to be skipped by going into the app, which is extremely difficult while driving or jogging. Way better to use Spotify which also shows ads to free users but has humane 30 second ads therefore respecting the limited time a user has to enjoy the songs of their liking. Only use the app if you need hellotunes, not suitable to listen to music.

What I am telling is when I want to change my Airtel hellotune ,sound was not coming for me just like silently no sound . Example when you put the song, the song was playing but sound wasn't coming out. What's the reason. Can you solve the issue fast.
