Really helpful app where you can get oriented on the ground without any issues. Many cities, towns and villages are well-drawn, so traveling will be pretty comfortable and safe.

Sorry Yandex, a long way to go before you can compete with Google maps unfortunately. A very basic on using GPS and old maps. No street view or recommended businesses or even up to date business information.

After clearing my search history, it shows "clock" symbol if I searched the place again, which means that the history isn't completely cleared. Device: Android-Samsung Galaxy J4 Device Language: English Edit: Regarding the history, this is not the correct behavior. It's deleted but if I searched again, it will appear in the suggestions with "searched" icon, but it shouldn't.

To remove countries' borders. What a stupid decision. It was a perfect app, and I would give 5 stars... Earlier. It was more handy than Google for Eastern Europe and especially for ex-USSR countries. Earlier. Now it lost half of its usefulness

I have had many bad experiences. I was given an address for a meeting, and yandex gave me the route to another number in the street, without asking if it's ok... 1 hour late because you can't see the change without having arrived... Other case, I made an address a favorite, and now there is a beautiful icon in the center of the address, exactly at the same place where text of the map is written... great I cannot make a screenshot now, I have to write by myself the missing text. Thank you yandex.

Seems to be a lack of configuration options eg. why, when i've selected 'Miles' as the units to use, does it keep telling me to make turns in "metres" ? Where are "yards"!? And why am I seeing buttons/ads in Russian when my language is set as English!? UPDATE: completely useless as it doesn't have worldwide offline maps - mainly Eastern Europe.

Unable to use with my existing Google account for a long time (at least for all 10.x branch) and still no resolution. Some versions just throw errors, some (newer) requires to create YandexID after I click "log in using Google" even all other Yandex apps (Go, Navi, Food, etc) works fine just out of the box. I definitely do not want to create *new* YandexID if I choose to login with existing *Google* one associated with other Ya services. Useless in current implementation.
