There is no better news integration in a launcher, in my honest opinion. I find Zen much simpler to use than Google, and my set up suggests stories to do with science, technology or just positive stories. It makes much better spare time reading a swipe away from my home screen. Allowing me to leave the more serious/depressing news stories to dedicated news apps- which in my opinion is a good thing!
Very satisfied with this launcher. But there is a bug. When I put the search bar on homescreen to the bottom, the search bar on the zen screen glitches. It overlaps with the feed. Please fix it. Feature suggestions: 1. Please translate Alice to English. 2. Let us choose our location manually for the weather wizard. 3. Let us choose topics for our zen feed. Edit: The glitch is not present anymore, I think it was a problem of my device. Anyway, thank you yandex, for your amazing services.
This launcher is fast and smooth in working. All the effects are like buttery movement. And the icing on the piece of cake is that they listen to your feedback and suggestions, try to fix with atmost concern without giving any trouble. The last bug of different language in heading part of news feed in Zen is now fixed. Thank you! Great job. But one thing is still a drawback that Alice is only in Russian, I don't know why Yandex is so reserved for that.
It is a great launcher. I think it is better than my phones original home screen. Lots of functionalities and cool features, also very stylish. The only downside is the Yandex.Zen it is great you can see all the news but sometimes it shows inappropriate articles. But apart from that I really recommend it!
This launcher has many great ideas and features l have never seen before like putting widgets in folders. However, unless I am missing something, it lacks the most basic customizations like changing my dock background and icon size. Also, on my Oppo Find X my grid cannot be more than 6 x 6 when I usually set it to 5 columns by 8 rows. Lastly, sometimes when selecting an icon pack, my phone would revert to the default launcher.
