I've used YouTube since I physically could. That means I've watched videos on it for a long time. And ever since the mobile version has come out it has had the same problems and they have never been fixed. 1. The progress bar disappears randomly and I have to close the app multiple times for it to return. 2. The scrolling feature breaks; I try to scroll down and it scrolls up until I close the app (occurs on multiple devices). 3. The video quality turns to pixels even though it shouldn't.

Please stop reccomending me the same shorts and vid. Even when I refresh I never see new content it's the exact same shorts that I am having to see over and over and over. It's extremely annoying. This happens with videos too. It makes sense for music because you may want to hear a song again. But when I have autoplay on for videos that aren't music and I have to stop what I'm doing to switch videos because I'm being recommended a video I literally watched today is just ridiculous. Fix please

For all the years I've used this app without any issues I suddenly start having problems. The progress bar while playing videos disappears after being on the app for a while or when switching videos. And it stays like that until I restart the app. It's stupid, sometimes I want to replay a specific moment but I don't even know where to go back to without using the "double tap to go back 30 secs" feature.

It feels like with every new update, the app just gets glitcher and glitcher. Sometimes, the red bar and the time of the video disappears, and I can't see it, but I can still move it. And the only way to fix it is to close the app, or most of the time just entering full screen and exiting out of it. Videos drop frames randomly.(I don't know if this is my phone or the video player) It just gets on my nerves and is annoying. Saying they're fixing issues when all they're doing is causing more.

Great app. Love the videos. One problem though, when I'm watching a video or listening to a playlist on YouTube and I go to check how much longer is in a video, the red bar is gone and so is the numbers that tell you how long the video is and how much you've watched and the full screen button. The pause and play button is still there and so are the setting buttons on the top but the rest just disappears.

Honestly, YouTube has gone from bad to worse. There are so many unskipable ads in between the videos and in the start of the videos. However, that's not even the worse part. With new updates, YouTube has been glitching way to much. Sometimes i click on a video and it would stop and act all buffering and the video can't even play. You would need to exit and at times even exiting once wouldn't work....The app has become a shadow of it's own self and that's a bummer.

I have always loved the platform, but recently I have been having issues that interfere with the quality here (Mainly on Shorts). I will be watching just a normal video and click on a short after. For some reason the video I was just watching before the short will up on the screen and block text or something. That one isn't so bothering, but this one is. If I scroll through shorts for too long it will start to lag really bad. It also doesn't help with all the unnecessary ads.

Lately I've been having a lot of issues with the app when it comes to playing videos Fullscreen. Normally in could play a video and have it overlap while I would do other things, but lately when I try to do other stuff, I go back to the video and it's all scrunched up at the top of my screen with a black screen underneath. And I can't exit out of the video or search without closing the app altogether.

Used to use regularly but it's just full of ads now. They'll play a short one that you can't skip followed by a longer one that you may or may not be able to skip. Then during the video, every 2-3 minutes this will repeat. Edit: changed to 1 star. During a 3 minute video, I was just subjected to the same unskippable Apple ad 4 times. It's getting more and more excessive

Every update seems to make the app more of a mess. Just like other reviewers, the red bar showing the length of the video disappears. At that time, I can't even pause or play the video. I also have an issue where I try to scroll down, but the screen forces me to scroll up. I don't know if that's just a personal issue, but it only happens and Youtube and only happened after it updated a while back.
