My game keeps locking up during the tutorial. I have emailed the support link for 2 days without a response. I'd like to okay it more but it makes it hard when you can't do anything because it won't progress through the same part and you don't have an option to skip or return later. UPDATE: I downloaded the most recent update still the same problem. Still can't click on the free premium pack in the tutorial.

I only really played campaign so I haven't had too many of the pvp issues others are having, but after awhile of playing, you come to realize there isn't much strategy and the person who wins most of the time is whoever has better cards. The game then tells you to grind the lower levels multiple times over, up to 15 times per level (bit ridiculous) to get better cards, instead of just being able to continue the game in a normal fashion.
