I can not recive SMS to the app. however i do recive it to my email. the signing up process takes time and energy and requires a photo of the passport and the UI is not well done. the app seems to be made in a low quality cross platfor framework. that being said the price for the virtual numbers is good. I use this to recive sms from my bank sinse i leave in a different country. the SMS is sent to my email and I don't use the app att all becouse it doesn't work. for the app i give 2/5 stars. for service i would have given 3/5 but brecouse the price is discent i give it 4.5/5

Text message function suddenly stopped working. They have worked for about a month with no problems and now suddenly nothing comes through. Update: Ok apparently the system has been changed and that is why the texts no longer work and we have to set up something called PBX. They are being very helpful and I think we are getting there. I am told that texts are not guaranteed unless you have PBX and the changes they have made to the system were what made the texts stop coming through and it was pure coincidence that a load came through after I raised a ticket to look at the problem. Still trying to figure out how it works...something about different SIPS and extensions??

It works,when it works. Sometimes it doesn't ring with all notifications turned on, just a message after the app decides to off-hook. Sometimes you see green light in app and offline status on the account web page. Usefull aproach is to just force shutdown and reinstall the app. Support is good at chatting. Hardly can read beyond two posts. Believes that customer is always wrong. The sms may work only as sms to text, email or viber, etc. Do not expect miracles. No ads at all!

The app works erratically. 50% of the time the app does what is supposed to, and the other 50% the app presents multiple bugs related to placing and receiving calls. The major bug is when I receive a call, after answering, the ring tone continues through the headset.

Suddenly stoped working on Android 12. Tried to reinstall and clean cash, nothing helps. It just randomly crashes after opening. Zadarma support didn't help. Besides that, the web interface is fairly ok but the app is buggy and sometimes the call quality drops even though I have 5G.

1. After some time of not using the app, when I'm opening app he start calling by previous number. 2. My phone is ringing, I see that someone is calling me. But I can't pick up a phone.app just doesn't work this way. 3. The same problem with car Bluetooth can't pick up a phone.

Very bad and not reliable. If one calls me it shows busy all the time or i can't take calls as i cant hear the caller over wifi and mobile data

Still have to use it, I keep missing calls, it rings couple minutes after an actual call, AWFUL. GET AN UPDATE. Half the time works well. Used it daily for work. I have to reset it at least 20 times a day when ghost calls show up and I can't pick them up.

Terrible app and service. SMS does NOT work! It's one way only and you can't reply to the SMS. They force you to pay before you can test this to find out!! Save your money. Updated in response: Making customers commit to 3 months just 'to see if it works' is very poor. Info is NOT easily found on the website.

When I try to call, it's always telling "Your destination is blocked for this number . You can enable in my profile settings" But I searched everywhere, I couldn't find it all I couldn't make a call. Really frustrating.
