This was working well for me for years. I thought it was so cool to be able to take a call from my car. Recently my car stopped thinking the audio from zoom is a phone call, and it is just coming over the headphone feature. This is really bad because the car stereo has a feature that works like a Tivo so there is a delay on all audio and Zoom can't noise cancel a 10 second delay in sound. Only one star off for that, I hope a future update will fix.

I really never have a problem with this app. It used to be really laggy and have a lot of connectivity issues but this last time i used it, it seemed to have some improvements and new features. The pop up window was the main thing i was hoping they'd implement and they did. I'm happy about not having to switch back and forth between screens anymore. Pretty good simple app.

If I have bad wifi reception then it can freeze momentarily or become glitchy. But I do not think this has anything Todo with the quality of the app. I am pleased with the easy functionality of zoom. It's easy to register, sign in, and attend important group meetings and classes! It saves you log in info so if you have attended a certain zoom room before, you won't have to re-look up the room #. This is great for me because I am so unorganized most days. Thank you Zoom!

This app is very barebones compared to the computer version and barely functions. One of the biggest issues I have is with audio inputs/outputs: it frequently doesn't recognize when I plug in or connect to headphones, especially when changing outputs while in a meeting. The only way to change it appears to be a button in the top left corner, except it barely works half the time, and there's no setting tab to do this like there is on the desktop version. These are really annoying to deal with.

I love zoom because it's convenient and accessible to most but there are a few technical issues that I keep running into. One, it randomly kicks me off especially if I go to another app and it didn't use to do that! I should focus on one thing at a time but I like to multitask and now I can't without getting kicked off the meeting. My other criticism is that if you leave or get kicked out the whole friggin chat disappears (annoying but I accept that). Oh! Also too many bombers but the update.

App uses non-os settings for volume, ignores dnd, ignores screen rotation preferences. App volume slider doesn't go quiet enough and can't mute. When you switch apps and the meeting ends, every time you switch back to zoom it will attempt to rejoin the meeting. You have to close the app through the OS to have any confidence your not still in the meeting. So terrible...

Malfunctions with bluetooth headset. Won't stay attached to headset's microphone, and headset's speaker sometime attaches at some crazily low volume and can only be fixed by turning the headset off and back on. (And yes, it's a zoom issue, not a headset issue... we just spent thirty minutes testing scenarios.) And just the basic fact that you cannot (and never have been able to) mute and unmute yourself by touching play/pause on the headset is ridiculous.
