Terrible customer service and recurring fees. Requested to cancel in 2022 and never received a response. Forgot about it. Never used the app. Saw that I had been charged again in 2023 and realised it had auto renewed. No notice of renewal given. CS team just copy and paste T&Cs like robots and refuse refunds. No doubt I'll get a wet response like "sorry to hear that, but you can continue not using the app for another year whilst we keep your money"

Careful, if you sign up there is an auto renewal and there is no communication before they take the money. Like others I cancelled who have done reviews in the trial period but the auto renewal went through anyway. It turns back on and my bank is now looking into this. Support is no help and just quite terms and conditions. Their reply is 🤣🤣🤣

I signed up for the trial and didn't like the lack of flexibility of adjusting my days of training, duration or other parameters. So, I decided to cancel the subscription, and I was late by only few days to cancel. They wouldn't refund a year worth of subscription even though I only used it once or twice. The worst app and customer service ever. Don't use it, there are better alternatives out there. All those people that have reviewed it are being paid a commission to do that .
