This app used to work really well, I have been using it for years. Around 10 days ago the "instant block" feature stopped working properly. I raised this with support, followed request to submit log files for all devices etc. The ticket got "escalated" a few days ago and I have heard nothing since. No indication of whether the issue is actually being addressed or just ignored.

Liking the app so far but I can't seem to change the fun and games time restrictions from what I initially set. I must have updated it and saved it 30 times and yet every time I go back in its reverted back to what it was. Have sent an email but no response yet. Will not be paying once the free trial is up if this doesn't get fixed.

When I downloaded this I thought it was something I would end up having to pay for to use past the free trial and if it was good enough I was willing to do that. Now that I've had it for the free trial I've realized the app is still fully functional for my needs without having to purchase a premium subscription. While that makes it even better in my eyes I may still buy the premium just to support the app. It is exactly what I needed I can monitor without feeling like I'm invading privacy. 10/10

This app has worked pretty well, however it consistently has trouble locating my child's device when other apps such as find my phone can locate it in seconds. Also, I am unable to add time to my child's usage on an as needed basis either via the app or in the website. I get a "communication failed" error message. The customer service is terrible as it is just only via email and they respond with stock messages instead of actual solutions to the real issue. Additionally my child is unable to remove the notification that constantly displays how much game time is left. There are no settings available to the child to modify these notifications. Based on ask these issues, I will not be renewing my subscription. There are other more responsive apps that do a better job.

Not working very well when it does. The UI is decent but I have to restart my son's phone for any changes to take effect, though, to be fair it is hard to find an app like this that does work well because they typically start off with a pathetic 3 day trial period that doesn't allow you to really see that it works. If you can fix this problem it would be a really good app.

Seems like it's ok... location hasn't worked at all since yesterday morning. Trial ends in 2 days might keep it if the location works by then. That's a pretty important feature when having young kids walking to school. The rest seems to work great. Location worked as well as expected (cell coverage sucks in my area) before it died yesterday... please fix so I don't have to find something else.

Love the app. Been using for years. Right now having an activation problem though. I enter my license key on the phone and the web page. It says ok activated on both the phone and the web application and then won't let me use any premium features. Keeps telling me my trial has ended and to try premium. Over and over. Can't see to get it to take.

After a few try-outs, I found this app and searched no more. It's user friendly and functional. It'll work perfectly for those parents who want to control screen time without turning into control freaks =] UPDATE: The app started malfunctioning and the customer support couldn't solve the problem. No sense in prolonging the subscription.

This app is good but I think you should add "Break Time" for example you can play limited app for 2 hours total but if you turn it on then you need to break 10 minutes every 30 minutes . And after finish 10 minutes break then you can play again for next 30 minutes and have 10 minutes again until your time over . I think it's going to be a good update , anyway it's work perfectly on Android version 11 since in this version we have admin setting .

seems to work ok, but only tested shortly, wish there was also the possibility to set a time limit per app and also to set a maximum time per session so that if the time limit is 2 hrs a day, that the child cannot use 2 hrs at a time but for example only 1 hour and then has to have a break for at least 30 minutes. The report is completely useless, it only shows installed apps?? Adding 2nd parent only possible if same google account is shared which is really inconvenient, who shares an account??
