This mobile app is TRASH!!! I had ZERO problems logging in online, but this JUNK app from Google Play Store refuses to acknowledge my U.N. & Password. I am deleting this USELESS nonsense IMMEDIATELY!!!

FEDERAL EXPRESS HAS BEEN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. OFTENTIMES, I'M TOLD THAT DELIVERIES WERE NOT MADE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ONE HOME YET I WAS IN FACT HOME ALL DAY AND NIGHT WITHOUT HEARING SO MUCH AS A KNOCK ON MY DOOR. 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES THIS HAPPENS! WHAT'S ALSO FRUSTRATING IS PAYING EXTRA FOR 2 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERIES AND HAVING TO WAIT 5 TO 7 DAYS.

UPS has FedEx beat (in the app department!) App is pointless for tracking incoming packages. Even if you give permissions for FedEx to monitor your google acct's. I've 5 pkgs on the way & 3 have arrived. Last night I hand entered all 8 12 digit routing #'s since I couldn't scan barcodes or import #'s. Got less info from app than the link in shipper's email. App didn't store the #'s either. UPS has my tracking #'s ready & even has a map I can watch UPS truck as it drives the route. Uninstalled

This is more of a review of FedEx's tracking service, not just the app. Regularly it says "scheduled delivery today" and it isn't even in the state. Usually doesn't update until past the delivery window. There have also been a few times it has said "delivery time unavailable" and did not update until was delivered. The time window is also a joke. The window always expires and gets delivered 2-3 hours after and never updates. I never have these problems with UPS or USPS.

It's hit or miss if this garbage will even open. If it does open, a key feature like signing for your package doesn't exist, but it's broken on the website too so what did you expect

App doesn't work. Everytime I have notifications on for a package I never get any. Anytime I try to do text or email notifications it tells me to try again later. Also hate how you can't talk to a live agent by chat. And hate how certain packages have been arriving later then what it shows. Not happy.
