It helps with my business, but hard to find how to control it. During this COVID-19, even though my business was closed Google Ads was still charging me like I was still open. It took me a couple of weeks of searching how to change it. And freeze it while I was going through this pandemic. Other then that its been 5 stars.

Bit of challenge to understand the billing, clicks and impressions are fully accounted. Mobile app does not have all the functionalities as in desktop. Google should have tried to keep in line the user interface standards prevailing in Android apps Adding cards seem to be bit of challenging Minimum tools should have been provided with this initial version. If site map kind of help is not available, then the menu should have designed for easy navigation.

This app is good if you want a quick glance at the overview chart and to check demographics, but it does not pull up the ads. I have at least 8 or 9 different ads over the past several weeks and yet it reads that there are none for display (filter settings are set to all). That combined with the fact that Google Disapproves my ads forviolation ticket sales and shocking content policies, yet I don't sell tickets with the ads (video-discovery ad), and there isn't any shocking content.

Horrible, what the point if I can't see new add campaigns that I've created. This app only shows old ad campaigns that I've created. Then it tells me I have to go on the computer to see my new campaigns. It's terrible slow on the computer and crashes the browser over & over again. The app only shows old campaigns. It's just like a typical American app without proper customer support and app functions. It's very difficult to understand how to restart a campaign, making payment is difficult, deleting a dead campaign is also difficult to figure out. Very unhappy with the UI. Now they're moving it to maps which might making it even more confusing

I spent over $300 with one Google expert and got zero conversions. Another Google expert showed up and so far I've spent $115 and still zero conversions. Both of the experts spent over a week on AI learning. Evidently the AI is not a good learner because it hasn't figured out a way for me to get enough impressions and clicks to realize a single conversion. I started out being very pro Google ads because of what I'd read but, I'm quickly becoming a disbeliever.

This is very frustrating. I have a google ads account. If I click on the link from emails I can access it. If I try to access it either my email and password it says I don't have an account. So I can't access anything including this app.

The software is excellent but the Google support is lacking. They rarely return emails and phone calls! When they do, the tech usually only knows a very specific subject. There is little to no personal support for ad prep & improving response rates. I discontinued my advertising of $900 per month. I was using Google Ads for promoting my real estate business on My Google Business who will not approve or post any of my client reviews which are the key to building my business. Terrible support.

It's straight up hilarious how difficult it is to spend money on a service the company provides. 9/10 attempts to receive help will lead to a result that you should ask the COMMUNITY to receive help. Imagine other products would just send you to other customers to help with issues because they encountered them. The other option is phone but if you can't use that and look for help via mail you are completely on your own.

The ads are very limited and do not reach many people as for as impressions. Having a seemingly limitless budget it would be expected to see 10k or 100k impressions meaning 100k people seen the ad. I'm only seeing 2k impressions meaning almost noone has seen the add. And nothing can be done to increase visibility on an awareness campaign.
