O benefício em si é incrível, mas a estabilidade do app é horrível 1. O app vive deslogando e é lento, mesmo em celulares bons 2. Na troca de empresas com o gympass eu fiquei de 1 a 2 semanas sem conseguir usar em todas as trocas (2 trocas ao todo) 3. Eu tentei trocar a data do faturamento do meu plano, não conseguiram

Gympass bought Andjoy but everything is worse, except for the prices. Either with this, my company had a better deal for employees with Andjoy. But the 2 stars are mainly for the usability of the app... Way too many clicks/taps for a check in: more than one to select the gym, more than one to confirm the check in, and no integration with some of the gyms that offer bracelets to Andjoy users to check in faster. Other than that, there are limitations on the hours to access some of the gyms. NO.

Waste of time and you're forced to create an account to find out which gyms in the area participate. This information should be available before having to sign up. Very underhanded method of obtaining personal data

I have no complaints at all. A wide variety of gyms is available, and the app experince is intuitive and easy to use. If you have a chance to use gympass, don't miss out.

It's a bait and switch company. Signed up for a plan and the gyms that were shown on the starter plan were no longer offered after signing up. Checked out all the possibilities and decided to sign up after looking at which gyms were included and started to get notifications stating the gyms we started to go to were moving to a higher package. Also there are a quiet a few restrictions at the 24 hour gyms which are not 24 hours for gympass members. Too many restrictions.

Bad app experience. It's Just impossible to update addresses, emails, phone numbers. The app will not save what you do.
