Down to 1* as had to update and now when I try and connect it says 'Your account was used on a newer version of the game. Please wait for this device to update before playing'. I only play on this tablet, so if I have used it on a newer version it was this device! And as it sent me to the store to update, this device has the newest version! I've force closed, cleared cache and still can't play. So this last update has broken it for me, so has to be 1* (as won't allow 0!) until it's fixed.

Anytime a pop-up asks me to rate something. It gets the lowest possible score i can give it. If something is good and deserves a decent rating. Or if it's bad and I feel the need to express it. I will go out of my way to make it known. But interrupting my experience, especially in the beginning when there hasn't been enough time to properly judge something, warrants an automatic 0.

Great game but the app is awful, downloads an update every time it is opened. Text bubbles not optimised, so they disappear off the screen Finally been fixed

Great game... when it loads. The app only loads about 20% of the time on my mobile devices and about 60% on my laptop. I've tried all the suggested fixes and it doesn't improve anything. Easily a 4 star if the app worked consistently. Edit: if you want FTP then the fun is gone the day a new season starts. Also, too many players that try to frustrate you into conceding by either letting the timer run on every single turn or not attacking your hero. There needs to be a type of control over this.

Hearthstone mobile nonfunctional. This wouldn't be the first time I had issues on mobile. But now the game is just not even opening up. In game there are alot of connectivity issues. I've been ignoring it because I play battlegrounds mostly and it'snot an entire death sentence to disconnect briefly while playing it. But it's annoying to keep getting missions involving playing ranked games when even minor connectivity issues make them unplayable. Please place atleast somewhat of a focus on it.

The game was fun and made me come back everyday for almost a year. Then the matchmaking started putting me up against players with mega-effective cards and I would lose almost 10 games in a row before the put me up against a beginner again. Also, i haven't been able to play in a week due to it always updating. It never finishes. I've done all necessary steps even reinstalling. Don't waste money on in-game purchases.

Been playing casually since 2014 and on the verge of quitting due to the changes put out this year. 1st strike is introducing quests that are required to win most of the time and just go straight face, it's bad enough we have to deal with netdeck p2w. 2nd strike is pushing new modes I'm not interested in without being able to opt out (having to recycle daily/weekly quests constantly). 3rd strike is bugs like modified decks reverting back to previous version.

When it works it's great. The app stuggles to load most of the time. It's trying to download data that isn't "available" also, I've uninstalled and reinstalled this several times trying to make it work and none of the suggested fixes seem to work. FYI there are way too many players that try to force you into conceding by letting the timer run on every single turn. There should be some kind of option to report users for this kind of behavior. Definitely NOT FTP.
