Great game but the app is awful, downloads an update every time it is opened. Text bubbles not optimised, so they disappear off the screen Finally been fixed

Down to 1* as had to update and now when I try and connect it says 'Your account was used on a newer version of the game. Please wait for this device to update before playing'. I only play on this tablet, so if I have used it on a newer version it was this device! And as it sent me to the store to update, this device has the newest version! I've force closed, cleared cache and still can't play. So this last update has broken it for me, so has to be 1* (as won't allow 0!) until it's fixed.

Fun game for being free. Good graphics/sounds and stays reasonably fresh. Lots of different modes. Matchmaking can be frustrating, especially when you set out to play a casual game and get steamrolled... seems to happen more often than not.

Fun, but jeez there are a lot of bugs these days. The old Blizzard would've never even considered shipping such a buggy mess of a game. Mercenaries mode is basically unfinished: upgrading merc abilities will stop working, viewing portrait options will crash the game if you do it more than a few times, and sometimes it just freezes. Also Mercs feels unfinished, like the idea for the mode hasn't quite been worked out yet.

Long time player. Mostly lost interest thanks to an annoying trend: making new set cards so powerful, that decks that don't include them become obsolete. I used to be able to remain competitive after a new set release, if I already had a strong deck. Not anymore. This gimmick to try to force you to have to buy new sets has had the opposite effect on me. Used to spend a lot on the app, now I will not spend a penny. Edit: Upped stars because of additional Modes. Battlegrounds and Duels are fun!

Been playing casually since 2014 and on the verge of quitting due to the changes put out this year. 1st strike is introducing quests that are required to win most of the time and just go straight face, it's bad enough we have to deal with netdeck p2w. 2nd strike is pushing new modes I'm not interested in without being able to opt out (having to recycle daily/weekly quests constantly). 3rd strike is bugs like modified decks reverting back to previous version.

Update: this game has gotten extremely slow. It takes forever to load from menu to menu, sometimes locking up and I have to restart. It also has to download new updates every time I open the app which takes time and slows it down even more. Once you actually get into game play, it works fine, but getting there can take forever or never make it at all. ... Just a great game. So many different ways to play and challenge your brain while also telling an expansive story.

The game was fun and made me come back everyday for almost a year. Then the matchmaking started putting me up against players with mega-effective cards and I would lose almost 10 games in a row before the put me up against a beginner again. Also, i haven't been able to play in a week due to it always updating. It never finishes. I've done all necessary steps even reinstalling. Don't waste money on in-game purchases.

Hearthstone mobile nonfunctional. This wouldn't be the first time I had issues on mobile. But now the game is just not even opening up. In game there are alot of connectivity issues. I've been ignoring it because I play battlegrounds mostly and it'snot an entire death sentence to disconnect briefly while playing it. But it's annoying to keep getting missions involving playing ranked games when even minor connectivity issues make them unplayable. Please place atleast somewhat of a focus on it.

Great game... when it loads. The app only loads about 20% of the time on my mobile devices and about 60% on my laptop. I've tried all the suggested fixes and it doesn't improve anything. Easily a 4 star if the app worked consistently. Edit: if you want FTP then the fun is gone the day a new season starts. Also, too many players that try to frustrate you into conceding by either letting the timer run on every single turn or not attacking your hero. There needs to be a type of control over this.
