Very unpleasant experience with Keeper recently. I trusted keeping my data secure. I recently got upgraded to a new Samsung S22 Ultra and had all my apps and data transferred. However, when I accessed my Keeper account, all my info disappeared and I could not access unless I pay for the service! I had to start all over again on this app! Very frustrated and disappointed which is why I give it 1 star!

I've had Keeper for a few years and pay a subscription for services. Recently (the last 2 weeks) the app has started crashing constantly. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, but it starts crashing again. It's very inconvenient and disappointing when I need a pw and I can't get it without re-installing the app.

Not only is this an extremely useful app for keeping passwords and other information secure, it's also very user friendly from my experience. Additionally, the customer service is top-notch. Top-notch. Long story short, I accidentally purchased two subscriptions on separate emails and they were willing to work with me to get them combined onto one account and extended my subscription to fulfill all months paid for with no additional cost

Invaluable app to those who have way too many passwords to memorize! Its a time saver! I hated, always, having to click "forgot username/password" button! Then, having to wait for the email to arrive to change my username/password. This app takes the frustration away... This app prevents a headache ... This app is a time saver! I've had this app for several years now. It has not let me down. Unlike other apps, with each update, it gets better not worse ... Thank You.

I came to this app from Myki. I purchased the family plan to try it out. The UI is not as good and the functionality is limited, even in a paid version. When importing from my previous password manager, it did not allow an easy mapping of fields to the new database. When using in Chrome, it often does not pickup when login credentials have been entered for a new account. There are comparable competitors out there (like Bitwarden) that are a better choice. Also; No Refunds(w/n 1 hour of purchase)

Using over a year. Pro: fingerprint login, faster than any other pw app. Cons: as of recent when adding new records, app hangs/freezes while trying to type in information, then when it un-freezes after 5 seconds, you have a bunch of things typed incorrectly. Tried clearing cache, no help. Might be a bug, please fix. Pricing for subscription is ok. Sam Fold3 device.

I have been a long term user of keeper, and have always preferred it over every other app I've tried. However it has an extraordinarily annoying feature that I hate with a passion and has caused me on many occasions to want to get rid of the app. While you are using the app it will have pop-ups that have to do with extra paid features, and there is no way to close the pop-ups without actually going and viewing them. This is extraordinarily troublesome! Please Fix this!

WARNING: this app can spontaneously not let you log in, essentially locking you out of all the accounts you store passwords for. The app will not let me log in. It says to check my network, but I am connected to wifi, and I'm not using any of the other things it says could be causing the issue. This means I can't access any of my passwords that are stored in the app. Thank god I was too lazy to change my passwords for anything important yet.

Needs improvements. I use a Pixel 4a (5G) with Android 11. Filling of payment info is frustrating. Very frequently, the option of filling payment details doesn't show up. Even when it does, it frequently does not fill in expiration date correctly. Worst of all, you can't copy specific details of your payment card like LastPass (e.g. Security code, exp date). I mean that's just a no-brainer that it should do. Also, can't add 2FA manual code in a record, it only takes a qr scan with camera.

Update: Just paid subscription via autopay today and now I'm getting a subscription expired error. I'm locked out. Tried their "24/7 Support" but they have removed all phone numbers and no one is on chat. Two transactions: $19.99 and $59.99. They see one and not the other. Instead of contacting me or sending a warning to contact them they just disabled my account. This is a quite shocking oversight. I finally got a hold of support and they reactivated my subscription. I asked why it happened? They said: "Play store purchases usually takes 24 hours for the purchase to go through. Anyhow, your subscription is now updated" Wow....
