Yandex Key – your passwords

IMHO, it needs to be a bit smarter. And, probably, it's not this app's fault. When I'm sitting on my computer and using my phone, the apps that depend on this (mail, drive, etc) ask for the token way too often. They should learn my metadata (ip, browser, OS, etc) and decide if I am me more often. I don't have a bad opinion on it but it's just a bit annoying.

Uh, I dunno guys, it just doesn't work - the generated keys are said to be incorrect, which I've somehow solved by re-adding account to the app, but then it was broken again after I've tried to add another device. It feels really unreliable 😞

That was great application before but after it was updated the application doesn't work anymore. The passwords which this application generates doesn't allow you to sign in your account but I'm sure that I entered the correct pin-code because the service of restoring the password got the same pin-code and allowed me to create a new password. I think that I should reject using this application until the developer will solve the problem.

App just stopped working. It says "an error occurred" and don't get launched. I lost an access to my resources :( Upd: there are many "logcat" applications in store. Should I use exact one? I tried to record something with one of them, and it produced empty log.

Like many other Yandex apps this one is very intuitive and easy to use, with clear UI and sensible options. I've been using it for all my 2 factor authentication instead of Google Authenticator and never regretted choosing it.

Guys beware about yours backups. "If the backup was not found, .. — either it is linked to another phone, or its storage period has expired (it is a year from the date of creation or last use). - dev. answer" Like w.t.f. Hey how about telling about it in reminder developers? 3 star for this cr@ppy surprise!

The worst ever security system. It just doesn't work. I cannot add device to the account via QR code. I sent you 10 times the request to change me to the traditional password back. No, you just ignore me

Yandex locked me out on my laptop. I did 2FA and yandex key and they still wouldnt let me in. I had to register again but my files and photos in the disk are lost forever. You need to fix this immediately. Google does the same thing and I hate google. Now I dont want to use mail or any thing else. I cantbuse disc anymore because of what yoi are doing. O will keep the browser on my laptop but afraid to use anyrhing else. Please fix immediately!

Super old design. No dark theme. Can't set up two-step verification for yandex accout (this app cannot scan the code from yandex).
