Real problems as of late with the inbox. There is a huge delay on getting messages Ive received or sent viewing in my desktop before they show up in the business sweet app. On top of that, it's not showing the whole message with no option to expand it. I have to view it on a browser in my desktop in order to see the entire message. These things make the mobile app useless for effective communication.

Edit: seriously, what is up with this? I can't even schedule a post any further out than a week or so. I usually schedule posts for a month all at once. Now, it uploads, accepts, and then nothing. No scheduled post. Older: It works, but it could be much better. App is missing many of the website features. Every update there is a different function that is broken. Sometimes I can view post comments or reactions; other times I can't boost a post. Get this together, folks.

This app is absolute garbage, and does not live up to any of it's promises. I manage a band page, and I was initially intrigued by the prospect of scheduling posts; automating, say, show announcements would be a Godsend. However, this essential function is broken, even on desktop. You are better off using the native Facebook/Instagram apps, even if they too suffer from poor programming at least they, more often than not, actually respond to what you want them to do.

If there was a way to rate less than one star I would not only is it inconvenient and glitchy on my side of things it is terribly inconvenient for my guests including but not limited to offering incorrect and unavailable appointment time but also making it impossible to update and change my physical address. And is now not even linking to my Google calendar when I specifically opt in for that option. I'm switching sooner rather than later to another option for booking and customer access.

Business Suite is the worst of the worst!!! It is sooo unhelpful in every possible way...super late notifications if someone sends a direct message, you can't see what you're typing on your post b/c the other buttons on the screen are in the way, when you want to see who liked your post the screen comes up blank, etc. etc. Please bring back Pages Manager!!! It worked just fine. I'm still wondering why it was gotten rid of in the first place.

I hate this app. First of all, I don't need 10 different facebook apps clogging up space on my phone. Second of all it's just generally a terrible app, although it is *slightly* better than the desktop version. It's too cluttered, filled with things I don't need in a social media app, and often usually it takes 45 min to find what I do need. Also, I no longer get alerts. Settings seem to be in order, but the app won't even update correctly so most of the time they don't even show up. TRASH!
