Music Folder Player

A simple no frills media player with lots of options. One of the few folder players that will actually play through the folder hierarchy instead of just looping a single folder. However bluetooth support seems incomplete or broken. Media controls work but track info and art do not show up in my car's display. I confirmed other media players work, so the problem isn't my phone or car.

Exactly what I've been looking for; I have my music files arranged in different folders and wanted to play the music in the specific folders, not by artist, or genre, or however most other apps try to capture and sort every sound file on your phone, which rarely work correctly. This app is awesome if you want to listen to your music based on how you want it sorted; highly recommend!

Outstanding app! Has never failed in 5 years. I can listen to MP3s via Bluetooth headset for 12 to 14 hours at the beach with phone on battery save and airplane mode On with screen asleep. It's limited only by the battery in my phone. , I'm afraid to update because it can't get any better. And we know what can happen with updates sometimes. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Easily configurable, ads are minimal and can be closed immediately. No waiting for a timer to tick off 5 seconds

Love This App! Finally, a music player that displays my music the way I want. I have over 90 GBs of music on my phone, separated into different folders. Some by album, style, genre, and favorites. Now I can easily find and play what I want to hear. One small needed feature would be the ability to designate and save the Shuffle setting for each individual folder. When listening to entire albums, you don't really want the songs to shuffle, but playlists or favorites you usually do.

I could have sworn you had a screen showing the current audio track being played with the top half being the album art enlarged and player controls at the bottom. Am I wrong? I am not opposed to buying the pay version if it is there, but I do not see it in your play store screen samples. Thank you for such a quick response. Your instructions worked perfectly!

Is it just me, or does anyone else have the problem where it keeps losing one channel with any sort of notification? I've had this on multiple phones, and it happens on Bluetooth or wired headphones (no diff). The only way to "fix" is to close the app altogether and start over... But it'll just happen again with any other notification. And it's gotten worse: skipping tracks used to work, but no longer :(

Basically does what is advertised, which is exactly what I needed. I don't care about what's in the ID3 tags. Just show me my files! In that regard, this app delivers in spades! I had several dubstep mixes over an hour long that would sometimes randomly stop playing. Thanks to the dev's quick feedback, I was able to change the audio decoder settings, which made the initial issue vanish! However, normal length songs now randomly drop out and start back up. Very jarring and annoying!

Working well for playing music non-stop on my phone. People don't know how to work it and then blame everyone else. My record covers don't appear on this. Only the title, but the cover appears on my phones' file manager. When I run this app, my phone battery starts draining like a leaking gas tank and don't know what's doing it. Checked and turned everything else off and only happens when I run this app. It didn't do this before and now I'm not sure how to keep the app from starting on its own.

This app is perfect! Yeah it might not be the prettiest one on the Google play store but it is the most functional. I can play music or podcasts or whatever folder i want without all the mp3s being grouped together. This app has lots of functions and options you can change. I also asked them a question and they replied immediately. 5 stars I plan on buying it as soon as I get payed
