used to play it 4 years ago but quit due to the mass of ads, thought i would try again to see if this got improved and safe to say its gotten worse. and no i do not want to pay whatever 1 percent dicounted price to remove ads to play games that supposedly is educational edit: and how do you try to do that? keep shoving prices and ads on my face?

The number of ads make the free version virtually unplayable (it def has more ads than comparable "brain games" like Lumosity and Elevate). Now, you can't play if you aren't connected to the internet. I'm uninstalling because there are several better options available.

I have deficits in executive functioning, specifically in working memory, from long-covid since December 2020. I'm in a long-covid therapy program at a local hospital, and my therapist recommended this app. It adjusts the workouts according to my needs. This app has contributed to my progress. We use it sometimes in therapy sessions, and I can use it at home. I highly recommend this app for anyone with memory issues or deficits caused by age, long-covid, strokes, or neurological health issues.

I tried this out free, liked the content, and got a year's subscription. Unfortunately, the app has since gone from occasionally buggy to crashing multiple times during each session. The last update made it worse; now it tries to download stuff every time I open it, makes me wait to use it, and then tells me I have no wifi connection when I clearly do. I like the app; I paid for it, but now I'm cancelling.

Love this app. My only issue is with "Baggage Claim". For some reason the list of cities drops to the bottom of my screen and I can only ever see the top two options and am therefore limited to the number I can select that I remember. I know it's not meant to do this because the first time I ever played the "mini game" it functioned fine, but now does not. The list of cities to remember and the secondary task (alphabetizing, selecting the bag, and clicking the letters) always works fine.

Things I love about this app: The games are accessible and fun, when I don't get a new high score I almost always want to try again and they are all available to play freely or set into pre set packages set up for you or aspects of special focus. What I like but could use some work: I was able to get the pro edition, but when it's chunked into a one big payment, it makes it less accessible to those with lower income. Games "for you", I feel, should focus on areas you need improvement.

Deleting the game. If you have pro, I think it would totally be worth it. Free is annoying both from the amount of ads you have to watch and from the fact that even when you've played your *few* free games of the day it keeps messaging you that it's time to train your brain (which you can't until the next day). And yes, developers, I realize I can turn notifications off. Games are fun and interesting but there are better programs out there that cost less for a one time purchase.
