Podcast Addict: Podcast player

This is my favorite podcast app by far. New podcasts are easy to find. My subscribed podcasts are clearly displayed in tiles. The interface is snappy and intuitive. Some other podcast apps make me lose my downloads due to account or login issues. That's never been a problem for me in Podcast Addict. It just works and works consistently well. I have recommended this app to others in casual conversation before. I don't really have anything negative to say which is rare.

The most difficult to use app I have encountered. Searching for new podcasts is difficult. Selecting a podcast is difficult. Choosing a download is difficult. Building a queue is impossible. You have to go through different menus for each common task. I have spent a couple hours over the last week trying to build a queue of podcasts, and only encountered a queue screen once by accident. Can't find it again. Gave up and listened to the radio.

Have been using this app for 2 years plus now and I love it! Ad text is unobtrusive, option to play individual podcast at variables speed (Except music related, I use 1.3x speed as default for all podcasts), play list with customizable order, intuitive search engine, are some of the features that have glued me to this app. I wish this app was available for ipad/iphone.

This app does just about everything you could want from a podcast app, and it does it well. The non-invasive adbar at the screen bottom is quite tolerable. Tons of customizable settings. I've been using this with great pleasure for three years. Great job!
