Had to change from 5 to 3 strars due application crashing constantly, doesn't matter what action you perform, scroll down the catalog, switch between the tabs, change catalog list. Before one the update app worked perfectly, no issues has been noticed. After application has been update, I perfer to use the Web application in order to order stuff. However the staff is works perfectly, good customer service. Sadly the application issue is still around for a month or two. Many thanks

The service itself is great. Staff is polite and helpful. The app though. My god, how awful it is! Constant crashes every thirty seconds or so, interface is sluggish, unresponsive and counterintuitive. Ok, sure, UX takes time to get it right, but performance and stability needs to improve.

Update: It's impossible to get someone at the customer service number. No one answers. Everything is delivered on time. Products are fresh. The people who collect the items are friendly and helpful if they don't have what you originally ordered. One guy actually helped me pick out some stuff for my drain. The couriers are polite and leave my products where I ask them to. I'm really pleased with the service. The app needs to add a feature where I can leave a tip since I use no contact delivery.

Not only app harasses user with notifications on screen, it also starts sending personal promotional email, and beside that Unsubscribe leads to a faulty page. This is disrespectful towards user, Sber is a huge company with tons of resources, you can test it before rolling out. Your treatment of customers is appaling

UI of this app can be called usable, but I guess there are many other ways to make it more explicit and user frendly. Unfortunately, the SberMarket's distinctive feature it's permanent crashes, especially after the previous updates. What exactly may cause the app collapse, nobody knows. In my judgment - everything!

One of the worst food delivery apps! Catalogue content filled out by baboons. Remember that "Chinese animal classification" gag? Well, catalogue here is similar. To collect food of seemingly one category, I have to visit 3-4 different "folders" - and not, they're not sibling subcategories. Sorting settings don't retain, they reset once you move to another category. After recent update sorting stopped to work at all. Support decisions inconsistent. Constant crashes, and more (no space here).

Pros: good two have different shops at one app, huge variety of products, everything is fresh Minus: please, fix shopping cart editing!! It's impossible to delete some products, the only option is to edit on website, it ruins user experience

Да сделайте уже возможность делиться ссылками на товар! Надоело скриншотами обмениваться! Помимо этого - хороший сервис. Add an item link sharing feature, come on - it isn't that hard. We're tired of sharing screenshots! Aside from that - nice service.

The app is crushing after I open it in about 30 sec every time, so when I do the order, every 30 secs it crushes and I have to open it again and start from the begging, at least it keeps everything in my shopping bucket, so 4 stars for that

Ordered from the app twice, both the time, my order got exchanged with somebody else's order which later on was corrected. Now the app doesn't load anything despite my proper internet connection. So now I'm uninstalling it.
