Compared to other competing apps, they issue full / partial refunds if there's something wrong with your order. Besides this they've made the system sort of like a game (call of duty style) where you earn points and unlock new perks. Very nice, love the features such as cancellations without any attached costs, ability to choose alternative routes, etc. It seems like the devs have put in a lot of thought into this.

App sucks. They sucker you in with a free $25 but then you go to use it and they have added a "free delivery" promotion that you can't remove and it takes over the other promotion you are trying to use. So when all looks good and your hungry you click check out and get switched into getting "free delivery" which is just $2 instead of the $25 I'm suppose to be saving. Oh and don't plan on any chat or help option, they don't wanna hear from you unless you have an order placed.

Don't waste your time with this app it notifies you that your order is done at the wrong time, sometimes making you wait for an extra 15 mins on an order. It also glitches and takes items off your order or adds items. And if the restaurant gets the order wrong, you have to contend with Uber for any type of refund or compensation. All around a horrible app and the "savings" aren't worth what you pay for premium. Save yourselves the hassle and call in your order.

Restaurants still need to review the orders prior to pick up. I've received several orders where the order wasn't correct or complete. The delivery person needs to make sure that they're picking up the correct order. The order correctness was getting better but this still occurs and seems to be getting worse. Still very worthy of using the service. Always a great delivery, just a bit of confirmation can help.

Order was cancelled after waiting nearly 60 minutes. It was 45 plus another 2 they added and then the order was cancelled without any text or notification from the app. I had to look on the app to see that I wasn't getting any food. They refunded the money but didn't offer anyt restitution for my time wasted and the fact that I wasn't going to eat anything. This is not to be taken for granted. We don't have a second plan when we order and wait 60 minutes for food. This is it, no second chances..

In app help usually just loops without offering any resolution. Reps are only willing to help with one order issue. Address a completely different issue and they will say it was already resolved even when you make it clear there's something else wrong. At least twice now, the app has given zero tip when I definitely tipped, sometimes having raised the tip. For some reason the drivers all go in a spiral to get here, always going past my apartments and having to backtrack which takes a lot longer.

This app can't do the most basic part of it's function properly and it's kinda sad. I routinely have to close and restart the app just for the tracker to show where the driver is. One time the driver was in the same spot for like 15 mins then next thing I know, they are almost directly outside my house. How does an Uber app fail to track the Uber driver but the base taxi service works perfectly fine? (It can still be like this sometimes but the customer service is great so I can't be too mad)

I have had many experiences with this app for the past 7 years. And for some reason, like an addiction, I keep coming back. In all honesty the rideshare economy was an amazing plan when it started. But now it has such a high market that I don't think uber or ubereats will ever really go away...that's scary in a sense. But also fascinating. 7/10; classic app, slightly addicted to it.

I've used this app a lot for big groups without maybe paying attention to what the actual cost is. The other day I was ordering a $10 burger for myself. It showed it was waiving a 50 cent delivery fee... Which I thought was pretty generous. When I looked at the total though the total was still somewhere around ~$16. Turns out there is a different $3.99 service fee hidden away that adds to bottom line. Nevertheless, this is super shady and I'm not going to trust this app anymore.

Service sucks. First time using this. App seems to be fine, no issues with searching and submitting orders. Gave decent options for my search. Been watching my driver not doing anything for 30 minutes, and the order was ready to go 20 minutes ago. Not sure if that's the app, or the driver, but my "estimated latest delivery time" has been extended twice so far. Update: 3rd time it extended, getting close to 2 hours after ordering. Second update: they canceled it. Uninstaller.
