Update: My brother solved the problem by reinstalling the app. I tryed the same and it did not work. Then I cleared all data, and uninstalled the app, turned off the band, reinstall the app. Reset the information i.e. Age, sex height etc. All reading showed 0. I took a single set of reading and date showed correctly. Took a second reading. Reported correctly. Turn hourly reading and on the hour it reads correctly and some how provides all data back to 11 Jan 3* since I had to solve the problem.

Love the look. Love the watch. The blood pressure feature, heart rate feature, and blood oxygen feature all work great. The step counter, calorie counter, and distance tracker don't always work, which is frustrating. It's connected, wrist motion is activated. I have disconected, uninstalled, reinstalled, reconnected...so frustrating!

The connection between the bracelet and my android is dropped multiple times a day despite the two items being constantly within 5-7 feet of each other. Periodically I'm unable to reestablish the link and am forced to uninstall and reinstall the app in an attempt to reconnect the two. *Note to Developers: It would also be nice to have the option to switch from military time to a 2-12 hour setting. HOWEVER, CONNECTIVITY IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE!!!

This was great when first got it. It connected to the app easily. Tracked my sleep better than my phone. Apparently you can only calibrate your blood pressure once so don't estimate. But when I had to download the app again it wouldn't connect anymore. It finds my band, says it is connected but immediately after says it's not connected when i try to use it. It doesn't even update the time on the band so I can't even use it as a simple watch and stepometer without the app which I would be fine.

Doesn't notify of phone calls or text messages even though all permissions are granted and toggles are set to on. everything else works, but not great. Several updates later and still no text or phone call notification? I've tried two different phones with Android Nougat, Oreo and Pie with no success. everything else works but no text or call notifications. Too bad cause the band is comfortable and the watch is lightweight, battery lasts for days, almost a week.

Junk Worked for about a week. Except it wouldn't allow me to change the weather from.Celsius to Fahrenheit. Now it won't connect at all. Although I get a repeated message that says "connect success! " I've tried everything. Nothing has worked. Even the time varies from 15 min slow to 1 hour slow. Cannot change that either..waste of money. I've tried getting support yet no response.

The shipment date on my watch is 10/26/2018. The watch and my phone no longer communicate. The connection died several days ago on 10/03/2019. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions on the information form I received with the shipment. I have left the watch plugged in for 24 hours to make sure it's charged. I have allowed it to go to 0 charge. I have restarted my phone. I've gone through every update possible. I purchased another brand for half the price and it's more accurate! Zero

1. Can't submit bug reports through the app, can you please fix this?!!! 2. The app still records readings...Even when the band is not on my hand! This is clearly an issue. 3. The sleep tab should indicate suggestions for improvement, similar to the other tabs. 4. The band should automatically reconnect (if the phone goes on airplane mode) 5. Add options for deleting or manually adding records (multiple observations are currently wrong). 6. Include a setting for Fahrenheit(F)

I installed this one after the update of Wearfit 2.0 rendered my watch useless. I can't even get it to connect once to this one. My Bluetooth can see it and any other Bluetooth connection but the app says the connection failed. My watch has the wrong time, the units are not what I normally use (but I'm a scientist so luckily I understand the metric system), and it keeps buzzing me awake in the middle of the night as my Temp readings jump all over the place.

This App used to be great. Now, since the last update, it insists on being allowed to turn on my Bluetooth, even though it is already on. If I say No, it keeps insisting. If I say Allow, it says Turning on Bluetooth, and freezes at that point. Have to force stop it to get out of it. Worthless in present state. Please fix!
