Every detail is fine in the app i.e booking, searching is easy but there is scope of little improvement .... Rates of flight must be displayed in the calender while fixing the travel date so that it will be easy for booking. Thank you
Lots of appreciation got for this app but all went down in the first use. In 1st attempt app got stuck after language selection and in its 2nd attempt page keep on loading.
Unfortunately, the booking process shows different time and price than what the search does beforehand. So, while searching, the time and price will be perfect, however if you continue the process of booking in random websites you will be given different timing and different pricing and don't forget sometime the trip will be without languages so read carefully!!!
The application directed me to third party website kiwi. com and I made my flight booking through it. The price shown has increased as I had to add the cost of luggage which was not included initially. Worst than that when I confirmed the booking they deducted the amount and didnt issue the ticket. I received an email saying "We've received your payment and are now processing your reservation with the carriers." It is now more than 10 hours and the ticket is still not isuued!!!!
The page gets stuck. After knowing the charge I couldn't click on continue. Also If I refresh the page the total price goes up. That's so stupid
If your payment ticket is not booked any payment is done then Wego does not help you to in refund they tell you to contact 3 party and 3 party does not replying your call and message. And Wego custom service provider said that they are not able to do anything.
Useless App. Cannot search hotel place wise, you need to put the name of the hotel, then only will show the result. They should learn the features of search from MakeMyTrip.
Booked a Ticket to Dubai ,however status showing as awaiting confirmation and there is no toll free number to reach out the customer service. Same thing happened again booked a flight to Delhi from Banglore payment gone through however ticket got cancelled.I did get the money back but had to book ticket days later when i realized that the ticket is still under process not confimed yet.This is a part of scam it is better not to use these apps which do not have Tollfree number to reach when needed
