This is very helpful and easy for beginners to use. The app breaks down workouts in day formats, that you can then translate into your weekly routine. It's good for people just starting out, but it could be even better for seasoned Fitness people. I really enjoy using the exercises that are suggested. They seem very helpful, and so far they seem like they are working. The mirror is even better than the scale! I would highly recommend this app for people who are trying to lose weight or tone.
great app! two difficulty levels: beginner and advanced, both 30 days long, i just finished beginner and am now starting advanced. i definitely saw results towards around day 20. i love how short the workouts are (less than 15 min). they also start out easy and get difficult towards the end of the month which is nice. highly recommend!
so far so good. I have added this to my morning workout and because the app breaks down the exercises into achievable sections by the end of "day" it feels like something has been achieved. No one likes ab workouts but this app makes those exercises seem possible. because the program builds on the previous day it also is motivational in keeping up with it. Great job for the developers!
It's an easy app to follow. I can feel the results & everyone's seeing the results. Quick sessions. Nothing 10 minutes. I can do them anytime of the day. I'm really liking it. I plan on using the app for butt, thighs, legs after I complete this one & maybe switch them out like back and forth.
I love it! This app is really useful when it comes to having control on your body. I tried for a month, trying to be punctual, but even if I couldn't fulfill the workout every day, I still got a great result. It has cool futures like remainders, videos showing you how to do a specific exercise, diets etc. It made me feel better about myself and helped me to be more active in my everyday life. The only problem are adds. It has lots of adds, way too much. However, i still like it.
Good for beginners and app doesn't lag. Appreciate the routines; voice, video, animated guides, reminders, and motivational realistic messages; daily health tips; accurate summaries and syncing to Google Fit. Ads can be a distraction, however, I guess we can just take them as quick breaks in-between routines. Would also explore the other features of this app.
Love it, but I wish there was an option to turn off the sound ticker, like there is to turn off the voice and helping tips. The ticker, as mentioned by others, is too slow. I understand some people want to hold the pose, but when I try to do the exercise based on count and not beat, it gets annoying. I still enjoy the end ring to alert me timed activities are done, but I wish there was a bit more customization. Ads are not overwhelming and exercises themselves are well planned and effective.
Very nice. Good animated illustrations of each exercise. Has time clock -- but excercises aren't in one second movements. You're assigned a number of times you'll repeat a particular exercise, and a voice does the countdown. What I especially like --> The hold time in each movement, really ups benefit on your body. Terrific are text explanations of each exercise, WHILE doing it. Tap & read, at your pleasure. These exercises ARE DESIGNED FOR ANYONE, ANY AGE, ANY FITNESS LEVEL. (Splash screen ads.)
The voice while the workout is going it's so annoying, I'd like if it didn't try to control your speed while doing the exercise. If you finish before the voice, there is no skip so you are forced to go a different Pace. But other than that I can't say this specifically got me my abs because I literally have 5 different similar workout apps that I follow every night but I think this one helped, I got result like 7 days after using this specific app. Overall fine app and the ads aren't to annoying
Not as good as other apps from this company. I'm blind without my glasses so I need the prompts for each exercise spoken. This one did not have that despite marking the prompts to go on like I have on the other two apps I use plank and splits training. I also did not like the ticking clock during each exercise. I like the half time and count down but the clock was too much. It also does not allow you to skip an exercise in the training plan which I needed due to injuries that prevent those.
