Very good app if someone is looking to travel and don't want to travel via public transport. Rides are available most of the times. Very good thinking by the developer. A great platform for the people travelling and cost savings at no the the ends.

Nice app. customers who are contacting are genuine. overall experience is good, just 1 concern that mid way stop choosing should be upon us. they have pre decided mid points which can be uncomfortable for driver as well as passengers.

The service itself is good, but the app has terrible usability. It never remembers my login nor payment information. Searching often finds nothing, although when you change the cities you see many trips going through the cities you chose first. If you use a vpn, the app will suddenly popup every couple of seconds, even when it's closed, and ask you to do a captcha. Is it trying to connect in the background all the time? That's unacceptable.

As driver I'm not able to choose my car as they don't have it in their list and it is not possible to add own. They have 4 models of Volkswagens - this is totaly stupid!!! Also I'm not able to choose my own route. It always chooses route according to google maps. Only way to change it is to add additional stop along the way. But this has consequence that people will want to reserve ride between this new stop - which i don't want. Because of this I can't use automatic approval.

I get email about the passengers, but when I want to confirm I'm sent to the website (not to the app) where I can't sign in (tried several times, even changed the password). On the app itself there's nothing, no message, no requests, nothing. Very frustrating
