Gett- Corporate Ground Travel

This service is unreliable and extremely slow. If you plan on ordering a Gett during busier hours -- just don't. The app says the average time to find a ride is 1 min. My experience is usually 15 min if I dont give up and decide to walk. Also , when me and my friends use the app together we've seen that the map is completely inaccurate. I see 10s of Gett cars on the map while they see none at all. Please add multiple stops! This is a basic feature :/ Please get more drivers and fix bugs!!

Most of the time this app is great. Recently we had a bad experience. We ordered a taxi and stood outside waiting and the taxi did not show up. They charged us for a cancelation fee. This happened twice. We tried to contact the app through the customer care on the app several times but no response. I am now disputing the charges through my credit card company. It's only $2.80 x 2 charges but how many times do they get away with this and it's not disputed?

Drivers allowed to charge as they like we were charged double on the way back. Very difficult to locate driver as the app wrongly locates me (Google maps does all good, all permissions with Gett are set). Lot of glitches and unclear UX. My review was deleted from here (idk how you did this, but in typing this again). From my experience (20 years in a similar business) you guys are not doing a great job.

Update 2022: Tries to install again and couldn't even authenticate... Wanted to leave one start but then saw I left one already! All well. No change! First you locked my account without telling me. Then when it was unlocked none of the credit cards that I've added worked. And all this happened twice when I was omw to the aitport.

Unreliable. Inaccurate estimations on time and fare. Fails to find service 95% of the time, even in metro areas. The app itself is okay, but useless without drivers that accept fares.

I used this app one day to go to work, the driver after picking me up asked me if it was a problem to pick up also a friend of his, I said of course, and he went to pick up his friend anyway. We waited for him several minutes, my driver did a travel completely different from what was predicted to me in the app, and when trying to contact support through the app to complain about this, I got a reply only at night, when they decided to refund me partially. Avoid gett at all costs!

Was in a business trip, installed app, even successfully used it once to take a taxi, but next morning account is locked. I wrote to support, an in couple hours it was unlocked. But next morning to login in app it asks to enter the confirmation code, but I didn't receive code for a couple minutes. Ask it again, ask the call, but also nothing. On the next attempt got a message "too many attempts", so again used another way to commute in the office. And this morning account is locked again.

The pickup location send by the GPS is always wrong or not accurate ( In google maps is accurate) so you have always put or write the exact point. Some times it was kilometers away!. If the driver does not close the ride you cannot put a new ride . You have to call the last driver to close it. ( what if he does not answer?). There must be an option for the passenger to close the drive...
