I have a like/hate relationship with Cleo. This app is equally useful AND disappointing. I've never been so sure/unsure about an app in all my days. I do hope this review finds you just as confused as me. Cheers. 5/10 stars

I used this app one time. Cancelled the membership. Then still got charged not once but TWICE on the due date despite canceling the membership. I cancelled the membership twice today for good measure. Once through the chatting option and once through the subscription settings. Two charges and they refuse to refund either of them.

This App ALWAYS has issues!!! Update- 07/07/23 I tried using this product again, I paid my $5.99 so I could get an advance, I was eligible for $20. I get all they way to the very last page after I agreed to the payback terms, click submit. It says sorry your not eligible. So I'm eligible, you take my$5.99 then I'm not?? Then try to say I have another account. This app sucks.
