I've been using this app from months and the experience is great. Got the ride in effortable fare and drivers reaches quite fast as compare to other app services. There's one thing I would like to mention that, if I put 2stops in my drop off the driver always complains that he is not aware of the stops that comes between the ride and they always do argument on that, so this feature should be upgraded if it's not present in the app that driver should get the details of stops in between the ride.

It has proven to be a lifesaver in a city which has unbelievable surge prices and cancellations. Significantly cheaper than the other cab services. Equally appreciate the fact that there's a concept of bargaining which benefits both the driver as well as the rider. Has the potential to surpass the other cab services! The only drawback I have faced is the lack of these cabs in certain areas early in the morning but apart from that, excellent service!

Ater a review a few days ago and without any solution till date, i tried to re-register. It says to contact support. Support says nothing. I have been registered for many months and I have not had any issues but today morning all of a sudden all my details vanished from the App. And I am being asked to register again. The app was updated yesterday. Very disappointed as even the built in support feature does not connect to anyone. I have also emailed support. I hope someone at least reads this!

service is good for starters but it needs a lot of improvement. 1- ability to save my addresses in the app for quick access later on. 2- safety features needs improvements. 3- when ride starts, we need a button to center the maps on the ride. 4- When accepted by a driver, map must show pickup location as well as driver location for better visual guide. 5- there's some sort of a bug in time calculation of when driver will arrive.

3 star only for price. App is not developed properly. I booked the cab today , and my pick up location was shown as drop location and vice-versa. Driver went to my drop location to pick me. Both me and driver wasted time. Need a lot of improvement for tracking. This was my ist booking and did not like it. Please fix the map. I think in your business pick up drop and map is most important. And I found all three are messed up.

This app has ongoing bugs and issues that needs to be solved. I got late with my appointment because after I confirm the destination location and accepted a driver's offer, it kept on changing to a different place. I confirm with the driver the destination and he has a different one. We tried to cancel and re-book which was cancelled on my app but it won't cancel on his end and we spend around 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do. I will not be using this app. Not worth the hassle.
