This used to be a great app. Now I'd say it's mediocre at best. Tons of things are hidden behind a paywall, and not being able to use it on multiple devices is really the worst thing about it. If I save passwords on my phone and then need them on a computer, it is incredibly annoying to have to go to my phone, open the app, find the password, and copy it in. Tons of issues with autofill, including trying to fill in a non-password text box, not filling in password boxes, etc.

I am changing this review from 5 stars to 1. After having the paid version, I expected my information to be safe. However, they were victim of a cyber attack from which the actors gained access to their servers. This is not the main issue, but after my premium membership expired, I am unable to upgrade again easily. No warning was made about my premium membership expiring. I strongly recommend steering clear from this app.

The desktop app is easy to use and available for each website. This mobile app, on the other hand, was not. The little icon never worked and it was constantly asking me to allow the app permissions. My settings were set correctly to do so. I was tired of researching for a solution.

(Using Samsung S23 Ultra) LastPass went from being one of the best password managers to the absolute worst. Passwords are not saved correctly, even after double and triple checking. Autofill works about 10% of the time. It's essentially a useless app.

It's super unreliable and doesn't always pop up when needed to save new pw or auto fill old ones. For a paid service pretty unacceptable. I'm gonna look into switching to something else because this is so annoying.
